Owners and staff always thoughtful, kind and very helpful. Food amazing and plentiful even in these lean times. Atmosphere inside restaurant is clean and tidy.

Went thru drive thru ,In line for 10 mins one car ahead of me . I don't mind waiting as long as my food is hot . I wish it was the case with this one but however my fries were cold . My buns were hard & lettuce was more on the white side . As it is it's expensive and after a long day at work craving a burger it was between this place or Leo's I wish I went to Leo's . Just a disappointment that I couldn't get my money worth .

I order online got a club sandwich combo was told they don't give drink to online orders and I had to pay extra for it but states it here last time I'm coming here they didn't make any sense

So I went to Golden Ox to get a pastrami combo and this is what I get for almost $20:51. When did these become so small with less meat than usual. I remember them being piled high with meat and for 20 bucks I would expect at least a little more meat. Last time I come here. I know things are expensive right now but come on now. How is this right

This review is only on tonight's meal I received after checking in. Maybe it's a hit or miss when it comes to the cook. But my chili cheese fries were salty, and with the chili, it was too much. Plus, the chili was too spicy. I'll return when I'm craving chili cheese fries, so maybe my review will go up........

Golden ox has been a staple here in town since I was a kid, I'm glad to see this business is still around, they have always had good food and service, never had bad food from them, my go to is the gyro sandwich cause it's hard to find a good gyro these days, but they make a great one. However this trip switched it up and got some new items to try, tried their Chile verde burrito, big burrito had really good flavor and man it was packed with meat. Definitely worth it. Also we got the steak dinner, the steak had a really nice char and flavor. The garlic bread is tasty and decent fries, side salad was good, they have that good good ranch. Also the fried zucchini was on point. They definitely don't short ya on portions. Give em a try. They have something for everyone.

Looking forward to a Salad from this place very disappointed the Lettuce was definitely not fresh wasn't even green, grayish colored and very bad tasting. Spoke to Chris the manager he said the salads were made daily. I mentioned to him if this was prepared today, the person prepared it doesn't know what fresh salad looks like. That's sad.

Good value and really tasty! Very casual, but they still bring your food out to your table. We really enjoyed the Chili Verde Omelette and Chicken Quesadilla!

I recently tried this place and was blown away by the delicious food! The burgers were juicy and flavorful, cooked to perfection. I have gone to this establishment since I was in my teens, I am 47 now. Its unfortunate that I am unable to go anymore because the pricing is so ridiculously high it makes no sense to go there when I could go to Tahoe Joes and get a better cooked higher quality meal for the same price, maybe less. I spent $30 on a steak that is thin and tough and onion rings and a piece of bread and side salad and a coke. It just seems like price gouging to me every time, because it seems higher every time. I'm out!!!!
