Go Star Vape and Smoke

This is the best vape shop in ALL of California, period. You will not find another vape shop that has 1/4 of the selection of mods, tanks, drippers, e-juice, replacement coils and other vape related accessories... The mod collection is epic!! Very reasonably priced products for a brick and mortar shop. Did I say how awesome the selection of mods are at this shop!?! This place is like Disneyland for the vaping enthusiast.The staff from the owner down are extremely friendly and knowledgable... I've been to countless vape shops from San Diego to the Bay Area... These guys are on top of what's new in the market, trending devices, etc. What takes most shops 6 months to catch on to, often too late, these guys have in stock when it's an actual hot item. It's obvious they pay attention online to what's new and being raved about and their selection reflects that dedication.Bakersfield is lucky to have this shop in their town. Being from Fresno, where there are many vape shops all of which are complete crap and poorly managed that carry nothing except Smok garbage and do nothing to set themselves apart from each other... I'm jealous that Go Star isn't in my hometown... Maybe one day soon they'll open up a shop here.. I know if they did it'd mean a quick demise for the pathetic vape shops we have now.. Support this shop Bakersfield! And if you aren't from Bakersfield but you're into vaping and just happen to be passing through, take the 3-4 minute trip off of 99 to check this place out, it's more than worth it!

OK, so if your wanting to go to one of the best vape stores in town, this is the place to go! The owner Ali and his brother Kali makes you feel like family and takes care of their customers! I, personally am a very picky person when it comes to customer service or product availability and they are awesome in those areas! They treat people like they have known you forever and really listens to your needs and wants. So, bottom line, GO THERE TO GO STAR!!!

In town for business and my vape quit late Sunday night. They stayed until I could get there long after closing at 10 pm. So nice and helpful staff and owner. Wish there was more businesses around like this place. Great place to take your business!

My first time there, I bought myself a new mod, and they gave me a good $25 or so discount on everything when I bought the juice and batteries with it. Also, they gave me a refund when I asked them for a specific coil, but they had given me the wrong one. I went in without a receipt and a couple days later and they still made it right. They also gave me a brand new pod for my vape because the coil the worker gave me got stuck and ruined my other pod. Now, I am satisfied and will continue shopping here. Good integrity, they always ask for ID.

I love this place! Went in today to get a starter vape to help me quit smoking cigarettes, and the gentleman that helped me was knowledgeable, very kind, and very helpful. I described what I wanted and what I was looking for, and he knew exactly what to bring me. Prices are super fair for the products, and he didn't try to oversell items just to make a quick buck (like some other shops in town will.) He even recommended some yummy vape juice flavors! I will definitely be back. Thank you!!

AMAZING customer service!!I was a bit nervous about going because I do not know too much about vapes or vaping and I didn't want to be that annoying customer with a million questions, but the man helping us went above and beyond to help us out and explained everything to me in great detail (thank goodness) He took the time to show us what was wrong with my vape and gave us a very cheap solution. He then proceeded to help me pick out exactly what flavor I wanted. Offering his suggestions and provided a variety of flavors I might like. I was very satisfied with my service and left feeling well taken care of! I will definitely be back and highly recommend to everyone!

Great customer service! we've been going here for a couple years, and they're always so nice & helpful. I broke 2 of my tanks today, and was just having a baaaad day. They put a new one on for me & told me that they hope I have a better day. They are such kind individuals and I will always recommend my friends to go there. They also have the best prices around town too!

I bought a vape from there and multiple atomizers and. They all lasted a few days (like 2 ) it messed up then when I confronted them about it they wouldn't take it back they say they do price matching but don't Very disappointed in the place I don't think I will be giving them my business anymore I'd rather drive all the way across town to mr.cigar or luxor or smokers alley where the customer service is excellent and the prices are fair and the quality of there devices are authentic They where super rude and unprofessional.

Ali always takes care of me. This is my go to spot for smoke shops. They treat you like family and make you feel at home. If you are on the fence about looking for a place to buy your vape and tobacco, come here and you won't be disappointed. Great prices, great staff and an appreciation you won't get at most places
