You guys don't understand that truck drivers depend on our rigs to earn a living and a way to go home. When it breaks down, we're stuck in the middle of nowhere not making money and hundreds of miles away from home. Not cool. You guys did a terrible job. My 2020 International LT is losing coolant very quickly, about a gallon every 4 hours of driving. I told them to take their time diagnosing it and don't feel rushed to get it done before the 4th of July holiday.However, the did it quickly anyway which lead me to believe they did a rushed job to go home for the holidays. Supposedly (which I highly doubt they did correctly) they did a pressure check on the cooling system and found no issues, so they just threw in a radiator cap thinking it'll fix the issue. Guess what? It didn't. Four hours later, my truck ran out of coolant again.

This place has got to be the worst place I have ever done business with. I bought a brand new diesel truck and they were supposed to transfer over our box, After 3 mos we noticed the exterior lights were not working so we took it in to get checked, well they weren't and they charged 800.00 and split the cost with me, even though it was included with the purchase. Then they did some work on my lift gateAnd it was also still messed up after a 1000.00 repair etc. they included 4 free oil changes and today they told me we only used 2 of the four and after 2 or 3 years the other two were not valid. How do you put a time limit on oil changes? This place shouldn't even get a 1 star. Worst place in Bakersfield with a bunch of crooks. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Wow, this place is great --- especially the Parts Manager Gary Stewart. I came in "hoping" to find a part for my 1965 International Harvester Scout 80. Gary overheard my conversation with the parts counter person, and Gary said (off the top of his head, yeah no computer), " he needs a 468438 and there is one in the back room on isle so and so......". and the parts counter person retrieved the part and it WAS THE PERFECT PART I NEEDED!! There has to be something great said about a business that hires, and maintains, people that have knowledge beyond what the computer knows and are willing to help those customers with unique/odd parts requests. I call the knowledge that Gary Stewart has "Gray Hair Knowledge" and any organization that still has staff like that is worth their weight in gold, well at least in my book. I wish I could give them $1,000's of dollars worth of business, but I most likely won't for my Scout 80 project, but it is nice to know that there is a business that still cares about the "little-guy" and that still employs knowledgeable employees!!
