Gezziny's Homemade Pizza

Best pizza around the Palmdale area i needed an updated menu so had to do this post ........

The food is pretty good! We usually order delivery but the food is always still hot when we receive it! I look forward to visiting the restaurant in person soon!

The pizza is good. However, the service is terrible. Not worth spending your money or time at this place. These young kids always have an attitude and don't treat you with respect. I placed an order and was told the food would be ready in 10 min. Which was difficult to believe when ordering on a Saturday night. Showed up to pick up my order and none of the employees knew anything about the order. Asked me to wait 10 more minutes while they worked on it. Those 10 minutes turned into 20. While waiting a very upset man walked in there to pick up his order, and same thing. An employee took the order over the phone and somehow lost the order. The customer was very upset, and the employee was very rude and disrespectful. Told the customer to either wait or take his money and go elsewhere. The customer was very upset. This place needs to train their employees to provide better customer service. They seem very miserable.

So I was in town for an event and decided to go here for a pizza pie. Walked in to order and the person at the counter said it would take at least 45 min to get my order ready. I left. No pizza should take 45 min.

The guy on the phone was extremely rude, terrible customer service there's a lot better options in the area

Terrible place. Just young people who don't care about working and made our pizza with no cheese or nothing. They said that's what happens but shouldn't be selling pizza like that.

Be carful, they will steal your credit card number. Don't let the guy take the card out of your sight, behind the counter

Bad service, the service sucked when I came with a group a friends. The cashier short with dark hair was probably having a bad day. He ordered all the pizza sizes wrong asked for a medium and one large. When we got the pizzas we realized too late that the sizes were wrong so we ended up paying more than we intended to spend. Although it was our groups fault to realize the sizes were wrong it's your job to get the order right the first time. The PIZZAS WERE STILL DELICIOUS.

Our 2nd time ordering. Called in. No bell peppers on the supreme.... Well guess what? Bell peppers on the pizza !Husband said never again! Looks like we're gonna have to find another place
