Our bed is beautiful and service was amazing. Our home burned down recently and the rental furniture we were given was awful- the rental bed frame was squeaky, and the mattress was very hard. I found a beautiful king bed frame by GEG. The delivery team was absolutely wonderful. They carried the bed frame, which came in several large heavy boxes-up very steep steps for us. My husband just had neck surgery ( couldn't lift heavy pieces) so we asked if they could return once our mattress arrived -to put the bed together. They were so kind to come back another day, taking time out of their busy schedules to put our beautiful bed together. The bed is extremely sturdy - actually the best bed frame we ever had !and the cloud mattress fit perfectly into the frame. We never had such a comfortable bed. No noise or squeak every time you move- beautiful design looks like a 10 k bed frame. I highly recommend this company. Completely unsolicited review, I couldn't wait to tell everyone how happy we are!!

My husband loves the bed as much as I do and he's happy it's not girly LOL. Great experience! Did a lot of research before choosing to purchase a sofa sectional from this company. I decided to take a chance, knowing they didn't have a showroom. However, they were charging over $1K less than every other vendor who carried this sofa and the warehouse and delivery crew were all local to me. After speaking with Tate, put in my order, and the delivery crew scheduled within just a couple of days. They were prompt and professional. Very happy with my purchase and the process. I would buy from them again!

Yesterday, I ordered my sofa online in the morning and they called me that night to set up a delivery for the next morning. The lady called me and even texted me because I didn't pick up my phone. Anyway, she was very friendly and accommodating to find a better delivery time for me.Today, the delivery guy called to confirm if I lived upstairs because he was outside my place. He said that he has to call his helper and will call me back when he's ready to bring the sofa up. After the guys brought the sofa in, they took off all the secured packaging and installed all the hardware. They are super fast and efficient.These people are super amazing. They know how to deliver excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

Red Flag. This "company" has an address that google maps shows is a residence. They are unresponsive to email & telephone requests. What the...???

I just purchased a new dining room table set from them about a week and a half ago. I absolutely love it! It's simple, and exactly what I was looking for. I am definitely going to use this company again to buy additional pieces of furniture for my new apartment. The customer service was great and the delivery person was unbelievably sweet! He even left the space he worked in cleaner than how I had it (I'm moving into a new place, so it was messy.. lol). I'm happy I stumbled upon their website. Shipping was quick and they don't even charge for setting it up for you! Completely unheard of! I definitely recommend them to others looking for good quality furniture for a reasonable price.
