I'm a plumbing contractor so we rent a lot of different equipment. I've used them a few times and never had issues. Latest rental was a trailer and backhoe. All was working great and I found no problems with the counter or the yard guys. Is there a wait inside a little but that is normal.

They always have great tools for my home improvement projects. I used to walk the aisles of Home Depot and try and find instruments that looked helpful in my projects--No more. I call the guys and GCI--tell them what I'm trying to accomplish--they say come on down and I'm outfitted with quality tools that make my job virtually hassle free. Thanks GCI for the tile hammer. Finished 1000 Sq Ft of tile and grout in 3 hours!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I needed to rent a stripping spraying machine for my company, and when I went into the sales floor I was ignored for the first few minutes then after that I received the worst customer service I had ever had. At first I just chalked it up as it being early in the morning but then when I returned the equipment later that day the service was even worse. I told the front desk I was there to return the equipment and the guy just completely ignored me. Someone had to come from the back to help me. Will not be renting from them ever again.

Minimal instructions and they expect the concrete mixee to come back clean otherwise they are wanting to charge you $170 to clean it. But they didn't say that when we rented it. What a scam. Anyway hopefully you read this and it helps you! There's a reverse on the mixer and it will dump the water after it's rinsed. Good luck!.

I had both my Fianace and Father-in-law go in to rent a motorized snake, since I'm working from early in the morning to late in the afternoon. After a long day I come home to very upsetting news about how poorly my father-in-law was treated not just once but twice. First time around they both walk in and request a fifty footer every employee blankly looked at them for over 20 minutes not once asking if they could offer some help. Finally an employee offers (help) by asking in a sarcastic way what do you want? Father-in-law responds with what he needs and associate answers with a (I dont know what your talking about... walks away. After about another 10 minutes associate returns with the equipment my father-in-law requested (I thought he didn't know what he was talking about??) Rudely he snatches his debit card to complete transaction. Same day second time around... father-in-law gets home with my finance and come to find out the machine is faulty and he got the wrong size. He needed the one-hundred feet snake. (The mistake was his not the rental company)Again him and my fiancé dreadfully return and explain that the machine was faulty including that he made a mistake in asking for the wrong size the first time, the associate response with an insulting tone stating there is nothing wrong with the equipment and that it's his fault. After about 45 minutes of two associates working on the machine they come to a conclusion that the machine is faulty they finally give him the 100' snake and he pays the difference. Many will ask why didn't he go somewhere else or did he even know what he was doing? Let's just all be adults and know that life happens and there are reasons for things that would make this review even longer.
