Gallardos Pony Rides and Petting Zoo

They are unreliable and dishonest. They took our deposit for a petting zoo for a family party event on June 22, 2024, agreed to a contract, and NEVER SHOWED UP and didn't call to tell us. No reason was ever given. They have not refunded the $100.00 deposit either. All the kids were disappointed. Do not trust this business. Deserve zero stars, or worse.

Never had done a petting zoo or pony ride for birthdays but my niece was turning 6 years old and she begged me for it. So I searched and searched. I called so many places and the only one who immediately responded and gave me a great offer was Gallardo's! Her birthday was a hit! All the children loved it! The ponies were so cute! The farm animals were adorable! I wanted to keep the little black sheep as my pet!!!!!! Thank you so much for making my niece's birthday a memorable and unforgettable experience!!!!

I love the vibe that the workers have always with a great mood this is not my first time having a petting zoo for my child , I definitely recommend calling Gallardo's petting zoo.

I booked them for my daughters 2nd birthday , paid them a deposit and had 30 kids waiting for the pony rides and petting zoo but they did not show up. they did not call or letting me know what is going on and i attempted to call them but no response and i text for my refund and also no response. they are fraud and a scam please be careful they will take advantage of you. UPDATE: the owner can claim I'm lying all she wants but first of all she wasn't there, I have a building full of witnesses and second her employee signed a receipt saying I have witnesses to paying and that her animal died due to excessive heat ‍. Don't do business with this lying animal abuser. ONE OF THEIR ANIMALS DIED DUE TO EXCESSIVE HEAT AND THE OWNER STILL WOULD NOT LET THE EMPLOYEES LEAVE. I booked with Gallardo's on 04/26/24 along with a deposit. My party was 07/06/24 , unfortunately we were outdoor during a heatwave, I assumed the owner would cancel due to weather but they did not so I assumed they had ways to keep the animals cool. I provided shade and water like the contract required. Instead of the owner or any adults showing up, there were 3 teenage boys (I understand having employees but these boys didn't look old enough to drive the truck they carried the animals in). As I was inside hosting my party my guests started to tell me the animals were suffering in the heat, so I told the boys a half hour after they arrived that if it was too hot for the animals they could leave. They did not. More of my guests urged them to leave, they did not. I asked them multiple times to go but they would not leave because the owner wouldn't allow them to. 3 of their guinea pigs went unconscious from the heat and had to be brought inside, soaked in water and revived (not even by employees but by patrons of the venue!! As I said, the employees were children who admitted they didn't know what to do) unfortunately one guinea pig could not be revived and passed away. After the death of the guinea pig I let them know my guests would no longer be engaging with them and they needed to go. They still stayed an hour after one of their animals DIED!!!! Finally one of the young boys came to me and said his boss said he could leave but only if I pay. I paid my deposit through zelle and planned to do the same with my remaining balance as I didn't feel comfortable handing 3 teenage boys $500 with no contact from the owner. However, I did still pay in full after the young man agreed to sign a receipt. After my event I respectfully expressed my disappointment to the owner. 3 days later I got a reply and SHE BLAMED ME and was extremely unprofessional during the exchange saying I should've called her and our contract said I would provide shade and water. Both numbers listed on her business card are out of service and it took me days just to track her down to confirm our agreement before my event, and I DID provide shade and ice water but it was 114 degrees and she would not allow them to leave. Overall I'm dissatisfied with the experience but I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the treatment of the animals. I urge you to please not book this petting zoo, these animals are suffering at her hands just for her to make a quick buck. Please book with someone who cares for their animals.

Booked them for my son's 1st birthday and the ponies were a big hit. Employees were friendly

These people absolutely do not take care of the animals they bring for their petting zoo at all. They have them stuffed in a crate that were disgusting and full of feces. The animals look dirty and not taken care of. And during their petting zoo at least 10 animals were caged in a small area. They had leashes for their animals made out of plastic. It was a horrible and sad sight to see. No one should subject these poor animals to this type of torture

I love that there's very good communication and they are on time and good pricing. I will 100 % recommend and will call for future parties
