G&G has been my go-to mechanic since I got my first car and my family's mechanic for years before that. I've never been to another shop that takes care of their customers like G&G. From maintenance to major repairs they've handled my vehicles with care and they're very up front and honest about what your car needs. I've never once walked in there and felt like they're trying to sell me on services I don't actually need like so many other shops try to do. Michael Roberts was who took care of me, and he was great.He made me feel valued and happy that I went to G & G.I have been to other places to have my car serviced and was not enthusiastic about being there. I enjoyed this place.The banter between employees made it feel like a family business and a friendly place to be.They were not only friendly though. They were also very thorough and professional. I am quite pleased with my service and highly recommend G&G Auto Repair for your car repair needs.Also, their prices are great.

So we have gone to G & G for many years and on different cars. They used to be so good and we never felt as thought we were getting the shaft, when Don was there. We know, people move on. We had stopped using them because they would make an appointment days/week ahead, and then they'd tell us they needed the car for a few days because they were too busy (it's good to be busy) and they couldn't do the work (happened to us twice) My wife took her Honda there recently to have an oil change and the young man inside tells her she needs new brakes, new rotors and a brake fluid flush and replacement. Around $1,200.00. Mmm I wanted a Second opinion. So we took it to a tire shop down the street and they told us she needed new pads in the front only. So about 20% of what this service writer wanted. We used to trust them but we just don't anymore. Shame.

For several years I have used G&G for my family's vehicles. I've been impressed with their attention to detail, prices, and service.

My vehicle was stolen and left without a key ignition, a broken window and other issues that left my car ruined. Luckily I found G&G Auto repair. Although insurance was a pain to deal with. The team at G&G kept in contact with me every step of the way. They made sure I knew exactly what step in the process I was in and how my vehicle repair was coming along. I never had to call in for an update because they always kept me in the loop. A special thank you to Mike for just being amazing and really helping me through this process. Also thank you Richard the owner. I would recommend this place 10/10. I will bring my car here for any repairs in the future or any maintenance needs. THANK YOU G&G ! Amazing team.

We had a seat in my wife's car go dead on us when it was all the way forward for a deep cleaning. G&G got us in quickly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it at a reasonable price. Saved me time and money versus the dealer by far and I'd gladly recommend them again!

These guys really deserve 10 stars. My daughter was visiting from out of tow and her car had a air conditioning issue. I called G&G and talked to Mike Roberts. It was August and over 100 degrees everyday (did somebody say Bakersfield) and they were swamped. Mike said bring it in tomorrow and we will see what we can do. We took it in the next day and he solved the problem and the price was very very vey reasonable. Got the car back around 3:00. Just the best. Did I mention the price was reasonable? Thanks Mike.

I love it here! The service advisors are so kind and knowledgeable. They explain everything very well and not in a condescending way either. I feel very comfortable taking my car here and recommend to everyone who is having something wrong with their car big or small. I would definitely call to make an appointment rather than make it online.

Cost me thousands of dollars and the problem was never fixed I m a senior citizen I sent my wife car and the check engine light would never clear also they damaged the window film they did to the under body they damaged other parts of the vehicle

Saved our trip! Our Honda Odyssey broke down on I-5 and fortunately I found G&G on Yelp; they were incredibly helpful. Perry diagnosed the likely problem over the phone and confirmed it when we had the car towed in. It was the end of the day but they got it fixed and ready to go by the next afternoon. They were helpful and flexible about arrangements to pick it up. They also charged me about half what the Honda dealer in town quoted me! Thanks guys, we really appreciate it!
