We recently moved from the San Fernando Valley, which has been my home since I was eight years old. Moving to a completely new town, we were unsure where to go for furniture for our new home. After looking around for a few weeks and visiting different stores, we prioritized good customer service and better prices, all while keeping quality in mind--quality over quantity! We decided to proceed with Furniture Line.Our purchase process went smoothly, and we were satisfied with the price until it came time for delivery. After eight weeks of anxiously waiting for a custom sectional, we discovered that the salesperson had ordered the wrong size, wrong color, and overall the wrong item. We were extremely upset and decided to speak with the store manager, Caroline.We are truly grateful for Caroline. She understood our situation, was very professional and kind, and did everything in her power to rectify this unfortunate circumstance. Outcustom sectional was delivered last week, even the delivery people were very professional (Victor & Martin) polite, very clean and organize.I would highly recommend Furniture Land to anyone, mistake happened. but it's very rare when a store manager goes over beyond to make sure that things get corrected and the customers happy and satisfied like Caroline did, we are definitely going back for future purchases.

Buyer beware. We worked with salesperson Martin on 9/22. We were about to buy sofa set, we were on the fence about it, and told him that from the beginning. We applied for the in house financing, and it was just to see how much credit we would be approved for. Got the approval and we said ok, we are going to go home and think about and let you know. Do not send the order. We were promised, by liar Martin, that nothing would be charged until we said yes. Text him later that same day, and cancelled. Come to find out today, that he placed the order for the furniture we didn't buy and we now have a credit card bill and balance. Call him up and his answer is that's how it works. We have to call the bank and cancel the order and it will take two billing cycles to reverse. This was never at all explained. Tells me that's how banks work. No it is not how banks work. He never explained, that to get the line of credit for financing, that he has to submit an order. And if we decide not to go thru, we have to call the bank to dispute it, and wait it out. In the meantime, if we don't want late reporting for credit, we need to pay to keep it current, for something we never bought. If you decide to purchase thru this company, make sure you completely understand the ins and outs of their financing options and that if you cancel, what actually happens. We were misled, in that it was a pre-approval initially, and that NOTHING was submitted for our order,when it actually did. Martin is a dirty salesperson and shady. I would give this store negative stars if I could.

If I can give no stars I would. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I ENCOUNTER EVER. I ordered a sectional on 2/8/25 Saturday with salesman Kenneth and told me theres 1 left in their warehouse and I can pick up by next week Monday or Tuesday. I chose to pick up the sectional because I dont want to pay the delivery fee and their warehouse is also located in Bakersfield but after about 30 minutes I received a text message that theres is an issue with the inventory and he will let me know by Monday. Monday came and did not receive an update so I texted him and ask initially he's not replying to my text and I was calling him but he keeps on rejecting my calls but then he replied that he was in a meeting and will ask his manager. That is his last and first text. After asking and rejecting my calls again I called the store and spoke to Manager Isabel. She told me that theres communication issue and there's no available stock anymore and gave me options to get the store display, choose another couch and will give me $200 store credit. she was saying I signed to their "contract" which is written on their receipt NO REFUND/CANCELLATION/ ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I find it ridiculous bec I bought in their store believing that theres one left as per salesman Kenneth and I can get it asap and that's their fault for not knowing their inventory. I need my moneyback because they cannot provide me a date when the couch will be deliver and I dont have any couch at home. So 3/32/25 came I waited for another update she told me I have to wait for another 4-5 weeks because my couch has still not ship yet after 4 weeks from the date I ordered and the couch will be coming from Vietnam. I told her thats not acceptable. Initially I was informed theres one left and that's their fault and now they want me to wait for indefinite time. HOW CAN THEY NOT ISSUED A REFUND OR CANCELLATION IF THERE'S NO ITEM OR SERVICE AND THE WORSE IS MY ITEM HAS NOT EVEN SHIP YET?! THIS IS A VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and questions their credibility. All the negative reviews in yelp and fb, BBB are real. Do your extensive research. Do not buy from this store if you do not want stress in your life.

We have been to multiple furniture stores and nothing comes close to furniture land! We had Okan as our sales man and he is beyond incredible! Went above andBeyond for my family and I! He's so friendly, kind, communicative and most of all respectful! This is a very family oriented store wouldn't go to any other place! Thank you!

Ok, in November the business manager responded to my post and asked me to contact Isabel in customer service. I made the trip to the store and spoke with Isabel and the manager, Caroline. Both were very nice, professional and apologetic for the previous poor service. I was given the tickets (voucher) that were not given earlier. I refused those tickets due to the travel restrictions. I don't think that's on Furniture Land. Caroline also had the (canceled) rug from my original order delivered. So after several months my issue is resolved. Big thanks to Isabel and Caroline.

I highly recommend if you want customer satisfaction and service you Do Not Shop At This Store. No exceptions will be taken to ensure their customers are happy and satisfied with their transactions! Would Not work with us on a purchase.

Do not shop at furniture land!!! They are the fakest, unprofessional, lying bunch of people i have came across. Long story short they asked to borrow my phone ,posted original yelp review and said I'd get a discount. I didn't get a discount, they told me my furniture would arrive in 1-2 weeks and it took 2 months to get my dining table, and 3.5 months to get my dining table chairs. I called every week to complain and told me they had to wait on their supplier to fill up their trucks before I could even get my stuff. I was never told this part. I just got my chairs a few days ago and I hate the way they did business. Never again!
