Fun Zone

As far as I can tell, this is the only arcade in Hanford. Pretty sad really, not much to be had here, just a few games and a lot of it doesn't seem to work very well.I've only ever been here once with my kids, aside from that it always seems to be close. I'm not really sure what the hours are, but I don't see how they can make any money when they're closed all the time

Fun Zone is a rather small, cheesy feeling arcade inside the Hanford Mall. While small, the arcade is jam packed full of games, making the most of the space available. Yes, most of the games are a bit dated. Yes, most are worn out from wear and tear, but this humble entertainment joint does boast two pool tables, as well as some classic games! Best of all, 9 out of 10 machines in the place only cost a quarter to play! Not the best, or worst, but being the only remaining Arcade in Hanford, it has earned my patronage.

Fun Zone arcades in general has been around for a while, so I can understand why some of the games are a little old. Some games were classics and should stay, like Metal Slug and DDR extreme. The owner was a nice guy, and who was going out of his way to help everyone. I also got to try out their new Guitar Freaks and Drum Mania v8, courtesy of the guy. I'd love to come back.
