Frosty Peaks Frozen Treats

This place is Yogurtland. It's pretty good though. I can't complain because another customer decided to pay for all of my family's ice cream because he said he liked my son's energy!

It could've been a better experience if we didn't have to listen to the manager talking to her employees at top volume about firing a specific female employee the entire time we sat inside and ate. The way she was speaking was incredibly tactless and unprofessional. The employees seemed calm. The manager must have been really upset to be talking so loudly for so long, without any regard for the customers who had to hear it.The yogurt and toppings were great. I especially liked the little mochi bites. Today was "no weigh Wednesday", so it was $6 for just about as much as you can fit into a cup, which was a nice deal. Overall: cute concept but unpleasant ambiance.

Omg! So good! Freeman hooked us up! Let me taste all the good custards! Recommended his favorites and I went with the cheesecake custard on a waffle cone! So fire! Bathrooms were spotless smelled good the dining experience is just as good the lighting perfect, and all glass windows make it an enjoyment to eat your ice cream and stare at the hot mountains outside. Service was on point! Good job frosty peaks! Nailed it! Between the customer service and taste of ice cream and the steamy waffle cone made fresh! Ummmm definitely will be returning

This is a clean and well kept place with a fairly large assortment of frozen yogurt and custard options. They also have a small selection of toppings. Overall this is a nice addition to Ridgecrest especially in the summer!

Very nice and clean place. They gave us sample cups so we got to try the mango, passion fruit and plain tart yogurt. All creamy and silky. The plain tart was my fave! Nice big selection for the toppings. From fresh fruit to chocolate chips and other stuff. The staff was friendly and helpful. The yogurt is pricey compare to other known yogurt places but Im just glad we have a yogurt place in town again! Im definitely looking forward to come back :0)

Great! I love that they have a non-dairy sorbet option. I will come back when I visit friends in the area.

I finally had the opportunity to come here on 10-26-2023 which was a Thursday. I brought my Wife, Mom and 5 year old Son who talks about Frozen Yogurt often.My first thought when walking in was WOW this place is clean! They could teach other Frozen Yogurt places how to clean. This place was immaculate and I would eat off the floor. Everything was ordered and clean!We were immediately greeted by a young female worker and were the only ones in the joint. We walk to the Yogurt and there was only about 8 flavors. They didn't have anything I wanted so I had to settle for Oreo which I like but don't love.We walk to the toppings (which was extremely ordered and clean) and they have no cherries. How is this possible? This has never happened to me before. The bill for 4 of us getting a medium cup and being conservative with the Yogurt and toppings was $37 and some change. Wow! Expensive! Pricey! :(Then something I hate happened. While paying with a card, it asks us for a tip. Why? The worker did absolutely nothing except ring us up. We put our yogurt on the scale, we did everything. All she did was greet us and work the cash register. I am also being asked right in front of her. TACKY! I do not know what the point of this is. Am I expected to tip because the company isn't paying a decent wage? If so this should not be pushed on the consumer if this is the case. It seems the being tipped to do your normal job is a millennial thing these days as Dutch Brothers and others do this also. Once again, TACKY! We then sit down and my yogurt was OK at best. Oreo should have a vanilla with tons of chocolate specks look. Their Oreo looked like Chocolate and tasted like normal chocolate. I was a bit heartbroken and already upset at the lack of choices and the tipping nonsense. We at Ridgecrest waited a while to get a new Frozen Yogurt place, I am pretty upset that this is what we got.

I have tried the custard and frozen yogurt. It's very good! Went with friends recently and we all enjoyed it! Stop on by and get one of their specials they prepare.

Yesterday Oct 4 I came all the way from Bakersfield to eat frosty peaks around 12pm and it was close it said open at 11am I'm not coming back to try it my friend recommended to me so I give u guys a 0

I was here a few days ago. This is what I have to say. Amazing service! Their yogurt was absolutely amazing.The people who work there were extremely nice. They let us sample different flavors, and had many toppings including chocalate syrup for the yogurt. The place itself looked really good and clean, and there was lots of seating, which makes busy days better. Out of ten I would give this place an eleven. Overall this is an extremely awesome place, and I would recommend this to anyone.
