Fresh Off The Grill Tacos

Pretty dang good. My husband and I tried this taco truck for the first time last night after a wrestling event at Transplants Brewery in Palmdale. My husband is on the keto diet, so we were happy that there was several options for him to choose from. Their Chipotle salsa is definitely on point and their shrimp tacos were very good. We did have to wait quite a while for our food to be prepared even though there was only one other order before us, so that's the only reason why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

I received 3 quotes for taco catering for my son's 16th birthday and "Fresh off the Grill" tacos were the most reasonably priced with all this inflation.Not only was the communication consistent from the start, but the cook was prompt (actually arrived early), friendly (served the tacos with a smile), and fast. OMG! The meat was fresh and did not have a ton of fat. My guest really loved everything. This business was really flexible with the deposit and I truly appreciate it! Thank you fresh off the grill! Go see them at the brewery

100% recommend! This was my second year using them as a taco caterer for my sons birthday. She got here exactly at 330 and the food was done exactly at 430 as I had asked. Everything was amazing and the set up was amazing and organized. Highly recommend! Also I have had their taco truck! Everything is amazing!

I used them for a family event early April. The food was great. I ordered way to much food but we had left overs for days. There was an accident on the freeway that made them late but they extended their time and cooked fast and were still very friendly. I've used them for at least 2 other events

Tacos are okayI ordered 3 tacos wanted to try before I got some for my whole family, it legit took 30 mins to get my food The flavor is okayThe onions where hug chucks like bought pre chopped or they just didn't care They didn't even give me sauceI rather get some street tacos tbh for the price and flavorI will say the horchata was really good would get that again ..

I'm all for supporting small businesses. Unfortunately this one could use a bit of realignment. The flavor of the al pastor was mid, it was underseasoned and didn't have any sweetness in the meat or pineapple to help it. The chipotle salsa is genuinely delicious. But, to charge $3.30 for a single mediocre street taco is not for me. If both the price could come down and the flavor go up, it would help.

Hired for catering and was lied to we paid for fresh off the grill and was sent some third party taco vendor which the tacos were not the same or good quality meat tasted boiled. Will not ever hire them again and do not recommend anyone calling for catering unless you want to be tricked into business.

Was passing through on a cross country road trip and heard about this place. They were setup at a local brewery one night and it happened to be the day before my birthday. Got to chatting with the owner of the truck and long story short. Made a new friend!! The food was absolutely fantastic and the customer service was even better. Cannot go wrong with these guys. Yo can tell they enjoy what they do and really care about their customers happiness with their food. 100% recommend. And if y'all ever read this...I made it home my friends!

These tacos are genuinely so good. There's no pieces of fat, and the avocado salsa is really good is well. The truck is right next to a brewery, so you can sit in the brewery while eating and you can have a beer. People under 18 are allowed to go in as well. The service is great and the people are very nice. The brewery is a really chill spot to be in, and the ambiance is great. I would def recommend.
