We came here for a nice Saturday evening dinner. We walked in and the place wasn't so packed, but the wait for a table was long. And then another long wait for some service. Or maybe I was just hangry.For appetizers, we had the Greek stuffed mushrooms and the Mykonos meatballs (these were the size of baseballs). Both were very tasty and filling. Our main dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious. We ordered the angel hair pasta with tomatoes and basil as well as the seared salmon that came with a sizable portion of baked salmon with mashed potatoes and veggies. Oh so good. Great atmosphere and amazing food! However, the speed and attentiveness of the staff could use some improvement. I would still recommend Fresco II.

This place is getting worse and worse. Finally we decided to give them another chance. The bartender ignored us and when I was ordering she started walking away from us. We decide to leave this place right away. Everything in AV is turning to cunk so sad to see that this business has to hire the worse staff. They just can't provide normal service so sad. I honestly don't know what has happened to this establishment. It used to be one of the jewels of our area. We tried for two months to speak with someone about booking a private event, and was never able to get any information just lots of unanswered messages, and no real contact to speak of. It's such a shame, we had to go elsewhere. I guess customer service is a thing of the past.

This is my first time coming to fresco one of my friends set up a Galentine's dinner here absolutely blown away by how accommodating they were for a large party. The service was great. They were quick to take our order. Ask if we needed anything. the host was great and seating us. The food was delicious. However, every single dish felt like it was really hot and it was hard to enjoy now that being said I love spicy food, but others in my party don't necessarily like spicy and they said it had some kind of cake. Not sure if the cook had heavy hands on the pepper or in my case I had the jalapeño Alfredo, which absolutely was amazing. I'd probably pull back on the jalapeño just a little, but that's me personally I know how to order it next time. Overall, our experience here was so great it was a beautiful restaurant. It was busy but not overcrowded. It was clean and everybody had a great time which is the most important thing to me. I will definitely be back with my special someone soon.

The food is always good. The service has always been great. However, tonight (Saturday, 11/2/24) was horrible. I sat at the bar for eight (8) minutes before Veronica acknowledged me. How do you not acknowledge someone sitting right in front of you while you're making drinks? She looked at me 2-3 times and had I knot asked for a menu who knows how long it would have taken to be acknowledged. And when she did, it was a rude "the menu is on the QR modeling front of you." Wow! May not come back! If you dine here, don't sit at the bar!!PS she mixed the worse Old Fashioned I have ever had.

I do not recommend this restaurant for hosting a birthday party. I had the banquet room reserved 2 months ahead of time, however the hostess the night of had no knowledge of this, leaving my guests confused. I reached out ahead of time to discuss table set up, and was never contacted back so the two waitress rearranged the tables in all wrong heights and sizes. The manager had to come and help me fix this. The manager also left early so I had no help and felt like I was managing the staff myself. Throughout the event, I was asked multiple times for a headcount, when this was coordinated before service. I had to remind the staff multiple times about the timing of appetizers, entrees, the cake, and when the bottles I brought had to be poured - again, this was coordinated before service started. I ended up pouring out champagne to all of my guests myself. I had one server for 32 people on a slow night in the restaurant, when there were other servers (not runners or bussers) on the floor that could've definitely helped my server out. Towards the end of the night, there wasn't a busser, runner or server initiating clean up so my friends & I had to buss the glasses, dishes, and trash ourselves. The staff genuinely seemed like they did not want to be there or help. I was honestly so frustrated & offended that there wasn't a manager on the premise facilitating the flow of service to help their staff out. At no point in time did the boss introduce himself or make sure we were okay. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for multiple years, I understand there are hiccups in service but so many details and communication between staff killed the night for me. Very disappointed with this restaurant.

The lamb chops are my favorite!! My husband got his favorite Bowtie pasta! Everything was so fresh. The live music on the weekend is so relaxing. Erica's cocktails are so innovative and refreshing! The service is great! Lunch menu is unbelievable! Ive loved this place for over a decade! COME CHECK THIS AMAZING FAMILY OWNED RESTAURANT OUT! STOP EATING AT CORPORATE CHAINS!

I don't remember the wonderful ladies name but she was amazing she seemed to be a manager and was extremely accommodating and kind, me and my boyfriend went in on Valentine's Day with a time crunch I thought we wouldn't be able to get in because it was a very nice restaurant but I explained the situation to her and she immediately got us a table and put a rush on our orders. We had incredible food and I've been recommending this place to anyone I could. The food welcoming atmosphere and amazing staff made our day so much more special, she took away a lot of the stress we were facing over a place to eat and made us feel relaxed. Truly a gem of a place and I encourage people to go there.

The atmosphere in the food is wonderful. It's romantic cozy all those things that make for a nice evening. However, servers all appear to be brand new or in training, which is OK but it extends the amount of time you're waiting for service and questions. take two trips to get answered. We were there for a romantic anniversary meal . The only down part of the evening I felt was the server never acknowledged our celebration or even said congratulations. We had to ask to have the candle lit to add to the romantic evening. The time from seating to getting the final check was two hours.
