Frenchies is a one stop shop with an on point trend boutique boasting clothing and accessories AND adjacent cafe serving up wraps, paninis and ice cream - all with good ol' fashioned customer service. I'm a city girl who has moved to the country and I love living here!!

SUMMED UP- this is the email I sent to Frenchies Support email for issues like mine. NO response, the email WAS REJECTED TO SEND.i received an email back explaining that my email was rejected and I could not contact them. B.S. does not deserve even 1 star.Hi, I ordered 6 different tapestries on July 20 and received an email saying they're being made and that I will be notified when they are shipped and it is more than a month later and I have not received the products or even an email explaining the situation to keep me updated. please email me back asap with some kind of confirmation that they are either still in production or being shipped. if not I would like a full refund . my total was about $119. thank you.
