Fredo's food, service, and ambiance is 10/10. The pistachio pesto pizza is one of the best pizzas I've ever had and their caesar salad is crispy and delicious. I'd also recommend their old fashioned and bruschetta. Our only complaint was that we came to eat here at 6:30pm on a Friday and by 7pm the DJ upstairs was playing his set so loudly we couldn't hear or communicate with anyone at our table. The DJ would've been a welcomed surprise had it been a bit later and a more cocktail-focused vibe, but the restaurant was full of families trying to enjoy a nice meal at that time. Aside from this, we loved it and will be back!

I came here for the first time as a party of 5 for my friends birthday. upon arrival i did love the interior, it was nice and relaxing. we were sat at a table in the very back of the restaurant, which was nice because it was private, but it was far from the ambiance of the restaurant and felt more separate from the rest of the building. we ordered a few drinks, an appetizer (charcuterie board) , 2 caesar salads and 3 pizzas. the first round of drinks came out promptly, however the second took a few reminders, as our waitress kept coming and asking "if everything was fine" and we would have to tell her we never got the drink. after about 20 minutes after the first round of drinks, 1 salad comes out, then 10 minutes later 2 pizzas. she came back and let us know the other pizza and salad would be out soon and if anything was missing, i asked her about the charcuterie board, and she said it was taking long because "they were getting ingredients delivered." i decided just to cancel it because it had already been 30 minutes after we ordered and food was already coming out. another 30 minutes goes by and the second caesar salad comes out. she asks if everything is good, and we remind her of the last pizza. she said she would check on it. 20 minutes later she comes to clear our plates and we still haven't received the last pizza and we've now been here almost 2 hours. she came and asked if we wanted more drinks and we said we were just ready for the check at this point and to cancel the last pizza, we had waited far too long. she looked annoyed with us and went to get the check. i noticed a 20% "large party" gratuity added to our bill, which i thought was crazy as we were only a party of 5, and there was nothing on the menu that stated a gratuity for large parties. it wasn't til after i left the restaurant that the top of the receipt said we had a guest count of 9, so that led me to believe that she added the gratuity for her own benefit. overall, the food wasn't bad, but none of the pizzas were warm upon arrival, and none of the food came out together and was so separated that we didn't really even get to eat together. but since the customer service was extremely poor, and for the amount of money we spent, i can say we will not be back.

After coming here twice, here is my personal experience. Mind you these are just my opinions. My meh is someone else's greatest of all time. Pros:-Drinks are great. I love that they have a creative menu and a classic menu. I love their melon drink and have enjoyed the others they supplied. -Decor is good and clean. Knowing what this space has been the last few years, it's interesting to see it as a restaurant. I have a soft spot for the space.-The wait staff here is very sweet and pretty attentive. Were very helpful and got me things i requested when I did. Cons/Nit picks:- The Pizza sauce is spicy. Not a bad thing. But as the base sauce for all their pizzas? Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. With the peach and salmon pizza, the sweetness combatted it. With a less sweet pizza? My partner had no issues, but I was slogging through it. I'm a solid medium heat girl and that last bite was tough. I was spitting out red pepper seeds. I wish they would let us know or give us the option of spicy or not. I keep forgetting and it's a surprise every time. -Seasoning was lacking. Ordered their bruschetta and it needed salt. Same with the pizza with the burrata cheese. The salted meat on the bottom is not enough to carry the dish. I had to ask for salt and pepper. I can see what they are trying to do, but it missed the mark a bit. I love trying out new and unique flavor combinations, but if you have a dish under seasoned or lack sometime that doesn't tie it together, it leaves for a lackluster experience. -Thin crust and thick toppings leads to a soggy pizza. I adore their pizza crust, but both times coming I had a mild issue with toppings. With the salmon and peach pizza, I wished the peaches were sliced instead of cubed. It made it harder to eat the pizza when they kept falling off. With the one with had this last time, the large, cold, piece of burrata quick made the center soggy and hard to maneuver. Overall the food quality and service isn't the issue. I can tell that they have good wait staff and good quality ingredients. Drinks are just great. They however miss the mark when it comes to finishing touches and for the price of the food, I want to the taste as well as the presentation. I do plan to stop by one more time to try their most traditional pizzas, but this has been my experience so far.

A couple of my friends suggested that we got drinks together at Fredo's. It's a gorgeous upscale restaurant and bar. It's definitely a great place to sit down and chat with friends over food and drinks in comparison to other places. The service was great! We were seated quickly, and our server was quite affable. I ordered the "Pardon My French." It was a delectable cocktail that blends the neutral flavor of vodka with bright and zesty notes of passion fruit, lavender, and blackberries. It's garnished with a dried orange slice to enhance its presentation, but the flavors truly speak for themselves. Together, my friends and I shared a charcuterie board. It consisted of burrata cheese, brie cheese, three different cured meats, olives, jam, honey, pistachios, chocolate chips, and crackers. It was a good accompaniment of sweet and savory. I'm excited to come back here again. Maybe I'll try their pizza next time, but I know for sure I'll be looking forward to their drinks.

I recently dined at here and had an exceptional experience! The martinis were nothing short of perfection--expertly mixed, with just the right balance of flavors. I can't say enough good things about the bartenders and staff. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like VIPs. The bartenders are true professionals--knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready with a great recommendation. As for the pizza, it was absolutely delicious. The crust had that perfect blend of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, while the toppings were fresh and flavorful. Each bite was a delightful experience, with just the right amount of cheese and sauce to complement the ingredients. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for both a casual night out or a more intimate gathering. Fredo's is definitely worth a visit!

By far the best cocktail program in town!!! Whether you are having one of their signature cocktails or letting them create something based on your preferences you are not going to be disappointed. Not normally a fan of sweetness in my cocktails but the tamarind in 88 miles per hour just take the drink to the next level. Have always gotten friendly and prompt service and chatted with the staff. At times drink do take a bit to come to you but for the quality it is worth the wait (they do not batch cocktails ahead of time like a lot of places in town).

The good: crust on pizzas were nicely doughy but thin, and the char of the crust was nice. Toppings and cheese tasted fresh. The atmosphere and decor were really nice if you were looking for a hip/cute place for a date night. The waiter was extremely nice and welcoming. I would say the waiter was the best part of the restaurant. The not so good: The first slice was super tasty, but as the pizza cooled down a bit, the pizza started to become super salty. At first, I thought it was the toppings/proscuitto, but I think it was the dough itself, so there was no escaping the saltiness(every bite was salty). The restaurant was soooooo muggy and hot. I got sweaty waiting for the pizza.I don't want to make up my mind with just once a visit, so I may pay a visit again. Hopefully, they will turn on the AC then.

Had a great experience trying this place for the first time. The service was exceptional, the food was served fairly quickly but tasted fresh and DELICIOUS. Highly recommend for any occasion. It does tend to get a little loud with the music but there is seating areas if you're looking for a more intimate setting
