Im from the Fresno area so I had not had the chance to try this place but luckily was meeting with family to be able to bring some food to me. I placed an order of all different types of dishes and the food was excellent. Everything was flavorful and authentic! I wished I had ordered more food when I was done with it. Also, they're a small locally owned business so another plus. If you've been wanting to try this place I highly recommend.

Agree with the reviewer who said that the siopaos went from a 10 to a -1. This place really used to make the best siopaos I've ever had when it was Trinity Justo Bakery. I was unpleasantly surprised today to find out that the ownership has changed and that the siopao recipe had not been passed down.I was craving Trinity Justo Bakery's fluffy, warm siopaos so I asked my hubby to buy some for lunch today. He brought home one 6-pack of chicken siopao and one 6-pack of pork siopao. The chicken siopao seemed to have been either refrigerated or frozen and defrosted as there was condensation inside each individually wrapped, cold siopao. The pork did not have condensation but was colder than room temperature. At first glance, the siopao looked smaller, unfluffy, and pock-marked than the siopao I've been used to getting from Trinity Justo Bakery. I told my hubby that they looked odd, and after I took a bite, I was simply disappointed. The siopao was dense, not fluffy, and cold. I wish now that I hadn't asked him to buy 2 packs because I have no desire to eat another one. Then I saw the bakery label on one of the packs and realized that the siopao were not made by Trinity Justo Bakery.I normally don't leave negative reviews, but I am super disappointed in the siopao we bought today and want to warn others who may have heard great reviews about this bakery's siopao. It is no longer under the same ownership, and the siopao is no longer worth getting. I am so sad that Trinity Justo Bakery is no longer operating, and am upset that it seems to be yet another awesome small business that folded during this pandemic.

I admire their bravery for opening another Filipino restaurant in Lemoore; however, it's no good. When they first opened, they told me to "tell all of your friends and family" about the restaurant/bakery. By the way......they had the "Grand Opening!" banner up for nearly a month.I occasionally see one or two cars parked in front, but it's either the owner or a relative or friend stopping by to eat or chat. Honestly, this place isn't good at all. The food is a lot more limited than I thought. I'm positive that the foods that aren't sold as much are freezed and served the next day. I doubt they cook something new each day, especially with a lot of leftovers from the day before.Bakery? Deli? Where? I see a few packs of pastries and bread, a few small things, and a couple of desserts. No deli, not exactly a bakery either. Just a restaurant that "part-times" as a mini-Filipino store.I ordered some pancit and beef steak one day. The pancit was old and tasted spoiled. I felt sick after eating it.; very "wet" taste. As for the beef steak? Onions and sauce were okay, but the beef itself? Overcooked and chewy.Sad to say, but I'm not coming back here.

Very few family owned businesses survive the food industry. Whether they become a hit or miss determines the life span of the businesses, and very few survive the gruelling effects of lack of popularity. My first impression of this bakery was not so impressive, especially the owner being an amateur business owner; however, over time I have not only seen a turnover in management, but quality and how sound customer service is. The food is always freshly prepared every morning and reflects traditional Filipino cuisine. I was very impressed how much this particular bakery has improved in the short time it has been opened and will continue to be a loyal customer.

We just stopped by hoping to find pandesal and we did! While we were there they told us about their hotdog buns that were freshly baked. We could not even wait to go home because the bag was so warm and inviting. Just before leaving we noticed the siopao there on the counter and had to get a box of those as well. Those were also very fresh. This is my favorite place for siopao now. Amazing. We will definitely visit again!

The siopao went from 10 to -1. they used to sell the best siopao in kings county but not anymore. The texture, the size and the taste weren't the same anymore. Their siopao is worst than the frozen one you can get at the grocery store whhhyyyy?
