Foster's Donuts

Another Bakersfield classic. Whether it's a birthday or just a morning treat, it's always so nice to bite into a foster's donut! Both their cake and classic donuts are great.

Foster's on White had a full selection of hot donuts at 7:00 PM which is uncommon for even a 24/7 shop. The buttermilk bars were creamy, light and glazed like a Krispy Kreme. It's a great place for a late night sweet! The people are always nice to me, good stuff!

Good timely service. Called in the early morning to get an order ready. It was fulfilled when I got there.

Solid donuts plus reliable delivery. Great for work functions! Highly recommend to anyone feeding a large group.

I've been here before but it seems to be under new ownership since last I was here. Or at least different staff. I doordash here pretty frequently so I interact with them pretty regularly. Whoever was at the counter tonight was kind of rude. Walked in with no acknowledgment after I had said hi. Looked up at the menu for a second while the guy was counting money. Finally, I figured he might be waiting for me so I just get right up to the register and start to ask for a half dozen. Before I can say what I want he interrupts and all he says is "In a minute" Okay, waiting as he counts more money. Still waiting. Finally, the guy who was obviously busy working in the back came up and started with my order. The first guy shouldn't be up there at all if he's not even going to do basic customer service and greet them. Some of the donuts were fresh, but a couple were not. Overall it was eh. So if there's nowhere else to go at 10 pm then this is an option. The people in the back are usually great though. It was just the one guy.

My husband and I get donuts every Saturday morning, even if we're not geographically in the same place. Last Saturday, I needed to get my Saturday donut in Bakersfield, and wow, I wish this donut place existed where I live in Reno, Nevada. I got two donuts, and they were the first and second best donuts I have ever eaten. Seriously. They were so soft and fresh and filled with flavor. I got two yeast donuts: a powdered lemon-filled and a strawberry frosted. The frosting was perfection, and there was so much delicious lemon filling. The store location is small, and it doesn't look like there is room to eat inside, COVID-19 restrictions notwithstanding. I was taken care of quickly, and it only cost me $6 for two donuts and a cup of coffee.

I gots me n Apple fritter but it dint have any apples in it. Was super bummed. I drove straight to smiths to make up 4 itAlso they don't tell u there's a cc fee. They just run it thru and assume u won't notice

TERRIBLE! The fee/charge for using card to pay is way too high. I only bought one small simple doughnut that was about $1.50 and the charge for using my card was 85 cents. Also, I didn't appreciate him not letting me know in advance that there was a fee and when I was about to check for spare money, he abruptly took my card and scanned it right away and said "it already went through."

The best donuts in town in my opinion. The donuts are always very soft, fresh, and tasty. The price is cheap. The workers there are always very sweet and helpful! Will always choose this as a priority for a sweet tooth.
