Foster's Donuts

Such good donuts and coffee nice place. Felt very welcoming and very fresh. Coffee pretty good and liked it overall.

Who doesn't love a good Fosters Donuts? I know I do!Was traveling to Bakersfield for work and wanted to grab a quick breakfast bite for me and then my clients. Donuts are the universal cheap happy bite for most people so I spotted this location as I was on my route.Easy access: located on the corner of a shopping mall with clear signage it was easy to spot in time to turn in. Plenty of parking spaces and wasn't busy on a late Friday morning.I was impressed that even though it was already 10:30am they still had a pretty good selection of donuts available. There were tray upon trays of donuts and they had a couple of cooler fridges with easy access drinks. The service here was friendly and efficient. Also they had a good amount of boba and coffee drinks that you could order, so good to know this donut shop has a little more then most.I stuck to my trusty maple bar and it was tasty. Still fresh and light pillowy bites. Definitely a no frills donut shop but hits the spot when your craving one.

Love this place! It's run by a local family, and it's very close to where we live. Their donuts are very yummy, and we also love their blended coffees. Usually, the same young gal waits on us, and is always friendly. The apple fritters, ham and cheese croissants, and donut bars are favorites, but you really can't go wrong with anything you choose.

Even though this place is small their donuts are big in flavor and freshness. They make new batches after 12p and you could taste that their oil is always fresh. When they cook the donuts I mean.

Great taste of donuts and especially the iced coffee. Delicious!!! Many different varieties to choose from. Would definitely recommend..

Probably won't be coming here again due to being charged over than expected... I got a dozen donuts (16.50) + a large mocha, and was charged $30.

Very few donuts after 4:00pm so I walked out and drove to Foster's on White and Gosford. Gosford was filled up at 6:00pm! I can't blame Ming Foster's, they deal with a lot of weird situations.

The donut s are good . But twice donuts have been left out of the box , I noticed it after I got home . When I went back I told her about it and both times she said . Oh yea. I am very sorry . But neither time did she make it right. Sucks because there is no other donut place by my house.

During my single guy days, I was a regular at this Fosters Donut location. There used to be an arcade beside them which I frequented every week.Have never had a bad donut here no matter what time of the day. Although I hardly ever patronize the place anymore, I would not hesitate to stop by. They are A-OK in this Yelper's book.3.5 stars!

I walked in this morning at 10:00, assuming that there'd be a decent amount of donuts. There were maybe 9, scattered among a measley 4 styles, none of which were what I was looking for. I left empty handed and someting occured to me. I've been coming here since the 1980's but Foster's has long since become a shadow of what it once was. The cases used to be packed with all sorts of items. And I remember the generous way they were made. For instance, the chocolate and maple bars and rounds veritably strained under the weight of the icing. This made Foster's unique and gave them value. Now, they're just another mediocre shop among a plethora of other mediocre shops, but with few items to choose from. So there's no real draw to the place. It's rather sad.The staff is friendly, which is great. They just don't really have anything to offer me anymore.
