I wish I could give this business a half a star! Horrible customer service and very unprofessional the way they run their business. I ordered a basket plant of African Violets off of their website today at 1:30 pm. I called the businessaround around 2:30-3:00 to find out approximately when the delivery would be. The guy answered the phone "Hello" very broken english, not Flaviana's Flowers. This is business?!?! I told him the reason for my call and he said they had another shop and he was checking to see if they had the African Violets there because they didn't have them where I ordered them from. Apparently, they didn't have them at the other location either. He NEVER bothered to call me back to let me know there would be no delivery today. WTF??? He claims my credit card will be refunded within 3-5 business days. DO NOT give your money to this business. Very disappointing...

Very good customer service and very nice and creative flower arrangements they are very friendly when it comes to buying, they also deliver. Will for sure be buying here next time recommend this shop.

Ordered flowers for a funeral over the phone. They sent a picture of the arrangement and while beautiful, wasn't quite what I envisioned. They patiently worked with me - created a whole new arrangement - and made sure I was happy. Exceptional customer service!!

We ordered flowers for my SIL 30th Birthday online. When she received them, they were NOT the flowers we ordered. We ordered the Premium flowers; she was given half the order what they call their small order. Totally unacceptable. They flower shop employee had the nerve to call and ask for the flowers back even though we didn't cancel the order the online 3rd party did, At most these flowers looked like they were a truck stop special flower arrangement.
