Five Below

Let's preface this with the fact that I'm over 40 years old and while in your location I was on a phone call with my wife about what ornaments to buy. Girl on sales floor(white shirt black wings and face paint) kept following me after me repeatedly pointing to my Bluetooth headset and saying "I'm on a phone call". Girl at checkout(black shirt, black wings, face paint) was very rude about me not being allowed to ring up my own items. I've always rang myself out here. Why the attitude?Spent almost $30 to be treated like a thief? This place used to be a fun place to buy cheap toys/crafts for my autistic son and it's turned into a poorly stocked, messy, lack of respect/customer service disaster.

You guys need to get yourselves together because today we had tons of people outside waiting to go in. The key holder needs to be more responsible and get to work on time! I see another person is complaining! This is not the first time!

Love this store and so does my kids and they get so happy to go again and now they do chores to go

The store is huge and has a nice selection of items. The employees are friendly. I am rating is 4 stars because the prices are ridiculous. You can find some of those items at the dollar store and they sale it for 5 bucks.

This store is actually really cool. They have so many different things for great prices. The most expensive thing I saw in the store was $15 but it was a pretty cool item. The store is super clean and most of the employees were friendly. Due to covid, there was a rather long line to get inside, but it was worth the wait. This is definitely the place to go to for unique items at very low prices.

The young ladies here at this store are so sweet and helpful. Such a nice store - the workers seem happy. I got a cell phone screen cover and Kayla put it on for me which was what I needed. It was so nice she offered and she did a perfect job.

Be careful just like the 99 cent store only. Five below is not all 5 below. Be watchful. So mad about this. It use to be. Wow

I love this spot! Great for cheap small decor and tons of other cool things! Whenever i'm in the area, i ALWAYS stop by to browse! So addicting

Employees have no social understanding of social anxiety. My daughter went in to just grab sometimes and try to work through her anxiety in social settings. Instead she was laughed at, at the self checkout because she said "no thank you" to being checked out. She is now crying and in a panic attack because the workers continued to publicly embarrass her while pointing out other stores are loosing self check out. That's nice she won't enter any other stores, compassion can go a long way with someone you don't know. My daughter didn't know self checkout wasn't a thing, I went in and there are no signs nothing to warn its no longer self check out. But yet I watched multiple other people self check out when I walked in myself. I understand theift is a major problem, but if you are going to remove the self check out shouldn't there be actual check outs? Not self check out booths still.. So thank you 5 below for causing a mental break down in someone by laughing and publicly embarrassing them! Such "nice" employees to do that to someone...

It was a bout time to close i guess because they din't say anything when i got there and my 5 years sin and my 7 years daughter were looking a toys at 2 feet away from me when they just turn off the lites with out sayin anything that the were closing or anything similar to other stores and my kids git panic and star screaming out if there lungs because there little and. They got scare and just to top up of my kids toll the guy at that door thank you after when we were living and he look at them mad and din't reply there kids and you guys scare them what you spec never goy there ruder drive to other one ...
