This place is amazing. The owner is super friendly. They have a lot of events. Tournament, socializing, open play space and great atmosphere. Definitely a nice space for the community.

I've been going to hobby and game stores pretty much my whole life and this place is one of the most shady I've been to.They run sanctioned events for MTG and Pokemon, but they enforce their own goofy rules instead of the rules of the actual sanctioned formats. They also run unofficial draft and sealed formats mixing sets that weren't designed to be drafted together in order to move stale product on their shelves instead of holding events for the current sets.Their DnD and model kits are marked up to twice what you would pay on Amazon, which is not unusual for an lgs, but when my girlfriend bought a couple model kits of the wrong grade by mistake for me, they would not let us return them.If you must go to a brick and mortar game store in Ridgecrest, I would go to Just Imagine, the other one in town. It's smaller, but honestly their selection is just as good if not better, and their prices are definitely better.

For starters, this is a place you HAVE to experience for yourself. It is not your average card shop by ANY means. From the moment you walk through the door, the excitement and fun can be felt like static in the air. The options for gaming and collecting are astounding! But it doesn't end there... not only are the products available to buy, but the prices are great, and you can actually PLAY the games you collect and love there too. Magic, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Digimon, OnePiece, Dragon Ball Super, Lorcana, Star Wars Unlimited, Warhammer, War Machine, D&D, Cyberpunk, Mage The Ascension, Super Smash Bros... the list goes on and on AND ON! There is even a huge cabinet FULL of tabletop board games! The events are where the real treasure is though. Sanctioned Pokemon League Challenge and League Cup, Lorcana set Championships, and Friday Night Magic, just to name a few. They are also an approved pre-release store! That makes it the perfect spot for anyone else who is like me and just can't wait to pick up the newest release AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
