I have been bringing my cars here for years the owner will go out of his way to help you out whenever possible. This shop is Fast and Honest and Reliable.

The only reason I even gave this place one star is because it is required to write a review. I recently purchased a 2015 Camaro SS and needed to get a smog test due to it being from out of state. I try to support family owned companies when ever possible so my fiance and I went down to get the car smoged. The shop was open, yet no one was home, literally. Finally after about 5 minutes of looking around the shop and standing out front, the unprofessional young man, who was throttling his $1000 rice rocket with a coffee can exhaust in the parking lot this whole time with his friend came up and informed us no one would be in for two more hours.I wouldn't trust this business with any vehicle as long as they have employees who exhibit this behavior around the business. Go someplace else if you value your time, money, and vehicle.

Been going here since they opened. Family owned, local business. Owner is friendly and fair. Great shop through 5 of our cars.

I took my car in for a smog check and at first they were very nice....My car passed the emissions test, BUT then he did the visual inspection and failed me due to duct tape on some hose under the hood. He told me he USUALLY does the visual first, but forgot (conveniently) so now I had to pay the $38 and come back after I get a new hose and pay another $20. I said I didn't think I should have to pay another $20 as he should have done the visual first, but he became very rude and angry. I became nervous so I just left. I will not go back and pay the $20....I will pay full price somewhere else and get professional service. My bad for not checking YELP first! Apparently the recheck fee is his standard practice. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!

The service was okay, they gave me $10 off even though I didn't print out the coupon. But I gave them my email address and now my inbox fills up with advertisements. Don't give them your email address.

The only reason I'm leaving one star is because it's required for rating. I took my car 2 days ago to have it smogged because I had major repair work done to it. Unfortunately I was unable to get it smogged that day because my engine light was on. My car sat there for over an hour before that was explained. The Latina receptionist was very nice in answering my questions because I had many. The next day I fixed my issue and waited for today to go back and attempt the smog again. I was told it would take an hour. It was actually took 80 minutes. When the lady called to tell me the issue she was extremely rude. I went in to ask yet again if they could explain the problem. Once again I was met with unbelievable rudeness by an older white lady in the office. This facility does not value it's customer potential or paying. She had so much attitude while talking down to me I left the building. I will never give these people my money. I will make sure to tell my family, friends and coworkers to stay away too.

If I could give 0 stars I would due to horrible customer service. The man working on my car was not only incompetent in his field, but there was no manager to resolve the situation in question. Will never go back to this place.

At first they appeared friendly. Mine is an out of state vehicle (NJ). I have an aftermarket intake with no carb numbers. The owner said he needed carb numbers for the intake.I spent $300 on an intake. Got the smog checked and guess what, the emissions passed. Now he want the carb numbers for the header! He said this after he ran the smog test and emissions came out fine, though one of the readings was close to the maximum.They have to do the visual inspection first. He was looking for header carb numbers after everything passed! So I ended up paying $37 with a failed certificate.I go to this other professional place where the intake was replaced. They are $10 more but a real shop! They ran the test, warned that it passed but NO is way more than average. Certificate issued - pass! All I wanted was smog cert for CA plates since NJ tags expired. I will get the O2 sensor replaced to get the emissions down, I love California.Moral of the story - ignore these guys. All he wanted was money without doing his job right. And oh, the time it takes for the test is ridiculous. One guy is so new that he don't know what carbon numbers mean! Owner does but is rude. I am going to dispute this transaction anyway. Had a coupon for a $38 smog check. When I got there I was told the total amount would be $58 (unless of course you don't want the certificate). My truck failed due to my battery not taking a charge. So I was charged $38 and was told the recheck was going to be $20, but I needed to drive my truck with it's new battery to make sure it would pass.I brought my truck back twice once at 7 days and then again at 21 days and I was sent away both times and told I needed to put more miles on my truck. At the 400 mile mark I had my wife take my truck in. It had now been 35 days. AFTER they inspected my truck and it passed my wife was told we had now gone over the time limit to bring my truck back in and it would be another $38 for the smog check.When I asked to speak with the gentlemen who told her this he was extremely rude and aggressive. He told me, "It's in your contract man, if you can't read that is not my problem." He was so aggressive I could barely speak. Before he hung up on me his final words were, "It's done man, it's done, it's not my problem. It's $40 bucks if you for your truck". I was now stuck with either paying the amount of allowing my wife the option of fighting this guy to try and get my truck back.DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND IF MONEY IS ONE THE LINE YOU WILL PAY.
