Great service. Sheena is a great waitress she is always checking on her customers and extremely polite. As an APA pool player she makes playing here pleasant and worth coming back. The food is always great here as well.

We arrived around 6 pm and did not leave until 11pm. We had a blast! The ambiance was wonderful, I loved it! We did not feel rushed or an inconvenience, and with the music and all the tvs, our group was able to enjoy ourselves and not worry about being too loud because our group could get a little loud ;)Our waiter was great. He was friendly but busy, so we did have to wait at times for him. He had help from a waitress, and I thought they were a great team. The glasses, mason jars, and beer mugs were small, but my girly drinks were $8 each, and each pitcher of beer was $21, so maybe that's why they keep them small. There is no doubt that we will return!

Food and ambience was great. Service was fast and waitress was very nice. Great place to watch sports games.

Been here before. It's much nicer than the other Firehouse. This time we went here for a family gathering. We had the whole upstairs. It was nice to be away from the rest of the resturaunt. We had an assortment of appetizers and pizza. The pizza was pretty good. Wings were good, potato skins were good. Can't comment about wait times because we had our own dedicated staff.

Juliet provides the best world class servicer EVER. Ask for Juliet and you will not be disappointed. Your expectations will be exceeded...... Don't be cheap on the tip. She deserves it

We came in for bowling on a Friday night! We were greeted immediately and even offered to bowl before our reservation time slot! Pretty good prices for bowling $45 for an hour for 5 bowlers with shoe rental included! We also orders the large wings and some beers! Wings were delicious and beers were cold! Great service from our waiter and bartender! Pretty good prices for food not great but in this crazy economy not horrible. We played arcade games after bowling and payed 20 dollars and it lasted long enough for us all to play games for 30-45 minutes, so a pretty good value! We're new to town so we were glad to find this place and will definitely return!!

Wow!Where do I start! First off the staff is absolutely rude! Especially lily near the bowling ally! She was rude not helpful and totally not appropriate in her manners and demeanor. We had a party of 12 and spent close to 500$ there and It didn't matter a bit. I asked if we did something wrong she said "no" so I know it wasn't our fault maybe a bad day on her part. But so crazy to come to an establishment to have a good time, spend our hard earned money and get zero service. Nevertheless we will never come back. She needs a manager to have a serious conversation with her about her attitude and demeanor to customers that are there to have a good time and spend good money at her workplace! One server to ruin the whole experience!

Today we went in for my daughter to bowl. She has been talking about it all week . She wanted to bowl for her 5th birthday. We got there and they had a party coming in. Isaiah saw how bummed she was and went and asked his manager Taylor if they could squeeze us in. They did and we were so grateful , she had such a good time. Thank you guys for saving the day. Next time we will make sure to make a reservation ahead of time
