This company deserves zero stars. Do to the corona pandemic, large gatherings can't not happen. With weddings having to be postponed not "canceled" Fiesta Party Rentals will not refund the $1,000+ deposit, nor are willing to work with you for a later date. Instead of being understanding during this time of need with this virus, This business takes advantage of people. This place only cares about money, not it's customers. Take your business elsewhere.DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

Rented a 25 foot slide at a great price. I called them in the morning as soon as they opened and within 2 hour I had my slide. I've been using Fiesta Party for almost 20 years and every time they came through..

Wedding was cancelled due to corona pandemic. Would not refund or allow use of money towards future event. Take your business elsewhere.

Great family operated business!!! Andres and his family are very hard workers and will go out of their way to take care of there customers. Andres y su familia siempre trabajan duro para sus clientes, hacen lo necesario para que sus clientes esten contentos.

Rented tables and chairs they were extremely dirty they don't sanitize anything , tables still had old plastic table covers tied onto the bottom of the tables , one table was cracked on the side and I almost cut my hand on it while I was loading the tables and chairs into my car MYSELF. Entire store was filthy, looked like an episode of hoarders. Never again will I rent from here or recommend them to anyone. I would have left and didn't rent anything but it was too late to find somewhere else to go. Don't waste your time or money here.

Jaunita is amazing. She was very reassuring and very professional. Even went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for the occasion. 12 helium ballons, for $10. Can't beat that. They also have helium tanks for rent. Thanks for everything Jaunita!

I rented some chairs here for a party. I didn't count them and noticed I was missing a chair. When we returned them the next day they told us that they unintentionally shorted us a chair. What a relief! I will be back for any of my party rental needs. Don't be afraid that they are on Niles. (And yes they speak English)

My niece had to postpone her wedding due to the coronavirus not because she wanted to do it but because obvious reasons, they gave this people deposit for their services and they're refusing to refund their money or give them credit (the wedding is gonna happen just not when they planned it)

We rented a big tent from them and showed Juanita a picture of how I wanted it to look like. Juanita did a phenomenal job draping the tent.

Very shady people, I had a wedding planned for 300 guest. I gave $1000 deposit and took them an additional $1200 because I was considering doing catering through them (which I didn't end up choosing them) so they kept those extra $1200 towards the rental of a 40x80 tent, chairs, tables, and linens. Well due to the Coronavirus pandemic and California banning events of more than 50 people we had to call off the wedding. I reached out to them the day the restriction was set in place and they tried to convince me to still have the wedding which I didn't do out of the health risk for friends and family. All other companies refunded us since rescheduling right now is difficult because no one knows how long we will be restricted. Andres and his wife gave me $1000 and they said they would keep $1200 since we "canceled". I think it's pretty shady of a business to take advantage of a situation like this and I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere. They even told me I can't use the $1200 towards a future event so basically they robbed me for $1200.
