First red flag: texting the number to order pizza on Saturday night didn't work. Well, I heard back an hour after sending in the order. Bummer. Waiting in line wasn't too bad though and the young guy making the pizza was nice but the oven isn't very big so even without being slammed the pizza took a bit of time. The cost for the size of the pizza is steep. Two small-ish pies totaled to $40 (and this is carry-out!), but you do get "unlimited" toppings. Although there aren't many options for toppings, I do appreciate the use of organic ingredients and the fact that it's sourdough. Overall, the taste of the sourdough was good but the crust was very tough. It was also a little bit on the greasy side. After adding extra things at home (chili flakes, Parmesan cheese, hot honey) the pizza ended up being tasty, and in all fairness, this pizza stand seems to be a pretty small operation, but I am just not too sure I would order again.

I have not had "real pizza" crust in over a year due to a sensitivity to gluten. Because this pizza is made using organic sourdough, we gave it a try. The chef was so knowledgeable and gave us some great tips about length of fermentation and gluten. This pizza is amazing! We ordered the weekend special with every topping. And a cheese with mushroom. Both were so good! I especially liked the blue cheese topping on the combo. I whole heartedly recommend giving them a visit.

Yummy pizza! Stopped by for lunch while I was oit doing errands with my son. Super yummy. We even got the take home kit and it was SUCH a hit with the kids.Love that they value good quality ingredients! For sure will stop by again for the tale home kits. They are perfect for fast dinners on a school night. My kids loved making their own pizzas!

Had to get food after. The pizza was BURNT BLACK and I just mentioned it to the guy and he wanted to argue that it wasn't and then said he can just scrape the burnt parts off and that it's better burnt anyways. And then asked me after I tried it how it was and I said not very good it's burnt. He just got mad and said no it's not. Waste of money and an hour of time waiting.

This establishment is very good and very fun atmosphere for the kids. There are very many other places to eat at as well so no one goes hungry. But the sourdough pizza here is so good they hand make it and then burn it in a wood-burner oven, which gives it that crispy part on the top. The employees are very kind and if any mistakes are made, if voiced get changed and worked on immediately. The atmosphere here is also amazing. You can also choose to sit inside or outside 10/10 expirence

If you have a sensitive stomach and love pizza but after you eat it your stomach feels heavy? not with this one....their ingredients are very clean!!! you must try.....I give them five Stars for the quality of their food...the only thing I would probably recommend and would love....would be a larger pizza for that prize and more generous on the toppings !! Service was great...very polite and nice!

The Patio has undergone a number of changes with businesses coming and going, a resident pizza truck that had amazing pizza recently moved to another location so I decided to try this new pizza stand at The Patio. I was warmly greeted by two workers, a young gentleman and girl, who were both very nice, but now let's get to the tough part. When I saw the girl working the dough, it looked like she may have just started to learn how to make pizza. Again, benefit of doubt and let's try the pizza out. When my pizza was ready, the young woman came out with a regular size paper plate, and for pizzas that they charge up to $19 for, you would not think they would fit the entire pizza onto that small regular size paper plate, but it did. I told her I wanted it to go, and she politely said sure going back into the stand. Instead of a pizza box, in shock she just puts another paper plate, on top, yes...right in top of the pizza and cheese, and then wraps it with a rubber band. Again, I'm there to try the pizza and give them the benefit of doubt, maybe they just ran out of boxes. Lets get to the pizza.I will first start by saying the pizzas based on the quality isn't even worth more than 10-12 bucks tops (and that is being pretty generous), even for the $19 combination pizza. The first thing I noticed was the crust was very plain. Stiff edges, but not crispy like you would want. So kind of like cardboard. But then the rest of the crust was thin an gummy. Almost rubbery, so I wasn't sure if the the pizza crust was actually fully cooked through. Now onto the sauce. I have not had a sauce this bland and flavorless in some time. Usually a good woodfired or stone oven pizza has a great flavorful crust and sauce where those things alone or on a simple Margherita, the flavor of the sauce and texture/flavor of the crust stand out. None of that stood out on this pizza. They seem to rely more on the toppings, so now let's get to the toppings because it gets worse. The pepperoni was cut into small quartered pieces, similar to cheep frozen pizzas (but even frozen pizzas have full sized pepperoni). As their signature $19 dollar pizza, they were definitely light handed on the toppings, and the toppings themselves tasted cheep. Overall, I felt like I was eating a lower tier cheep $5 frozen pizza you get from a department store. I don't want to offend the owners, but I have had many frozen pizzas way way better than this. I had two slices in the car, and I just couldn't eat it anymore. I threw the rest away when I got home.I have given them 2 stars because there were no issues with the service, very polite young adults, but zero stars for the pizza itself. You cannot validate $19 for the poor quality and size of the pizza they serve. I believe the young adults working there are trying hard, but they need to rethink the quality and pricing of the pizza because you can get an incredible combo pizza at a place like Rusty's that is much larger and way better quality for the same price. I think they will earn money for a little while as people want to try out new places, but as a long term business, I cannot seeing them survive with such terrible pizza. I certainly won't ever eat there again. Good luck
