Fatboys Taco

I'm from Orange County and was visiting Palmdale this weekend and my brother in law invited me out for tacos on the Blvd, and let me tell you--I can already tell they are already making a name for themselves .They're famous for their TNT and birria, and after one bite, I see why. The TNT is like a rolled quesadilla packed with cheese and your choice of meat. I chose birria as it was recommended for the TNT . The birria is tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, but the real MVP is that rich, deep consume I liked that it was thick and perfect for dipping the TNT just like they recommended or also perfect just sipping straight up..They also got four salsas, from mild avocado to spicy salsa roja so you can customize your heat level all paired perfectly with my meal.Every single one was fresh and on point. The horchata was delicious it's not your basic watered-down version ,This one's smooth, creamy, and got its own unique green color twist but hits just right. The cashier,maybe the owner was real welcoming and friendly. He had a great attitude and we had a good conversation where he recommended a couple items. Service was fast and the food was nice and hot . Good quality tacos Their suadero and buche tacos are packed with flavor and the meat is tender, cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning not too salty.The suadero taco stands out for its rich, juicy filling, while the buche offers a unique, savory experience that will satisfy you.The vibe here is classic, with dope artwork on the walls that adds to the whole experience. Whether you're a birria fan or just looking for a SOLID taco spot, this place is a must-try. Definitely worth the visit!

After eating here, I can imagine so many ways to become a fat boy. The street tacos have generous portions of succulent, flavorful meats wrapped up in corn tortilla. I didn't try the burritos, but they look pretty amazing too.Best of all, the meat selection is authentic and complete, including birria, asada, lengua, cabeza, and tripas. The horchata is green for some reason, but it tasted just as good.The exterior doesn't look like much, but it's decorated with beautiful large murals. I wish I had taken a picture. I wish the back patio has shading from the sun. Parking was plentiful.

Delicious, especially with the consume. Got the tacos and the TNT. Splitting this with family. DELICIOUS! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Omg these tacos are .Ok let me start, if you love cheese...the queso birria tacos are for you, but you gotta order it with the consome. The consome is life, you can eat with with everything, it is literally so good! Now I've also tried their street tacos, birria, asada, and carnitas, all great. Now if your not super into cheese, I still recommend you get the birria tacos...I tell you...you soo good! We've also had the carne asada mulitas and they are awesome and super cheesy. As well as their quesadilla. The food here is great, bottom line. Try it, you won't be sorry. Plus they have online ordering! Oh can't forget the salsa, loved their avocado salsa! Their red and green are good too but avocado was our favorite! The only part I don't like is some of their specialty meats like buche, carnitas, and anything else they may have cant be ordered online so if you go to pick up food you have to get in line and wait for that as a separate order. But still....go...eat...be happy and satisfied!

This place is a nice spot to try out! I oreder the Queso Birria Taco and a TNT.The birria tasted good, and the consome was flavorful. I also tried their chipotle sauce and avocado sauce. They both had a little kick, but ultimately delicious!! The food wait time was not long and the server was friendly!! If you've never had birria before this is the place to try it!! Although you should know that the birria here is beef and not goat (which I prefer). Although I forgot to take pictures, it included lime cilantro and onions.

Pretty good tacos. The wait time was a little long, but it was worth it! I tired the Birria Tacos with the Consume and the Pastor Tacos. Definitely will eat here again!

I was down visiting a friend for a memoir service.. our friend who passed was a fan of food.. especially the kind that would make your heart and blood pressure ask.. "WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS" .. LOL but my best friend of 22 years took me to a hot spot and thankfully .. FATBOY TACOS.. was there and waiting. 1-the food- this was a food truck and I'mma just say.. it was effing delicious.. not a huge menu but I tried the main attractions and they were delicious.. the tacos, the birria romen.. was something new for me.. I like to cook some good Mexican food so I'm going to add this to my arsenal of "learn to cook" their queso tacos and mulitas... Dipped in the Birria Romen.. done.. done done ...I'm all in for seconds please lol.2- location/environment- there's not much to report here since it's not a restaurant and it is a taco truck. I do know that if you follow their Instagram they'll post up where they're going to be posted up next cuz I don't believe that they're on the same spot every time. So give them a following and I'm pretty sure you'll go to find them. 3- the hosts- they have a good team running this truck. I don't know about you but some of the things that I end up running into when I comes to trucks is.. The timing of the food based on how they have their cooking line.. some food get to you warm not hot.. but not for this team.. they were a tripod and they worked it. The food was hot, fresh and beyond delicious.. I don't do heavy food like this often but if I'm down in Lancaster I will definitely add this to my roster of should I go get a couple tacos.. yeah..

So who doesn't love tacos?!?! Anyways the reviews on this place had me so stinking excited to try their food. I ordered:1 Mulita w/ birria - this didn't have too much flavor at all it was kind off blah1 quesadilla w/ chicken - the chicken was seasoned and cooked perfectly, I would definitely reorder this protein 3 tacos, 1 lengua - I tasted little to no seasoning on this but my husband said it was ok, 1 pastor - again not my favorite just lacked in flavor, 1 suadero - this was the best flavored meat of them all it was delicious1 strawberry tres leches- Amazing! Rich and full of flavor. You can tell the quality of the ingredients was not skimped on.All in all I will go back to try the rest of the menu and the meats and whatever amazing dessert is being dished up.

First time visit here. I got mango pineapple fresa with birria queso tacos. Tacos asada and tacos pastor. 2.25 for tacos that were pretty small. And consome. Overall the whole meal including the drink was bland with no flavor if it wasnt for the consome it would have been very dry. Even the consome wasnt good. I wouldnt come back.I got 2 drinks 8 tacos 2 birria and consome for 40 bucks

This place is DELICIOUS! I'm so picky about my tacos this is the ONLY PLACE that takes that extra time to pick out the fatty parts of the meats. That's super considerate of them because it means they are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. My whole family loved everything on the menu. We all ordered separate items and everyone was so happy! Too bad it's not there everyday but then again it stops me from having them everyday! A taco a day keeps the doctors away
