Great tacos, friendly service. It's clean and service is fast. Tortillas are delicious and fresh and the carne asada and carnitas is perfectly seasoned and cooked.

Food is delicious flavorful. One of our favorite stops. They are always busy and the food is made fresh. Definitely worth the stop.

Finally tried birria ramen after so many years. Birria ramen is an innovative fusion dish that combines the rich flavors of birria, a traditional Mexican stew, with the comforting elements of JapaneseThe birria broth is savory, spicy, and aromatic, made with a combination of beef, spices, and chilies. It adds a deep, complex flavor to the ramen.The meat is tender and well-seasoned, providing a hearty and satisfying bite. The ramen noodles absorb the flavors of the birria broth, offering a delightful chewiness that contrasts well with the tender meat.This Birria ramen is hearty, comforting, and flavorful dish that brings together the best elements of two culinary traditions.It can be quite rich and heavy, making it a satisfying.Service was very good and restroom is super clean. They serve a lot of military workers and service members here during lunch rush hour. I'm glad there's finally a good option out here as we drive out to Sierra Nevada a lot and now we have great place to stop by.

Food is good and affordable. Trying new things on the menu, but so far, so good. Their specialty drinks are made in house and bottled up and packaged in these awesome bottles. The service is good and the place in Mojave is really cool with a bar and and lot of seating. Glad to have this restaurant in Mojave!

I used to always eat at the taco truck whenever I could find it and I I would go to the Palmdale location quite frequently! I was obsessed with fat boys tacos! I was really excited to hear they were coming to Mojave, which was a close drive for me! I ordered some Al pastor tacos, a birria TNT and 1 quesa-birria taco with consome. It wasn't as good as all the other times I used to eat here, not sure if it was a bad day to come in, or a different cook, but it didn't have as much flavor as I remember. I used to really enjoy eating here, so I am willing to give this new location another try soon.

Had to stop to charge the car and have a bite before continuing our drive to Vegas. Came across Fatboys and got a quesadilla! It was so good, I ended up getting a second one. They also made it super quick which we really appreciated.

This place is amazing I first found them in their food truck when they were in Palmdale and loved it from the beginning. My job is in the Mojave/ Rosamond area and I found them just off the 14 and took me crew in for lunch we will stop by every time we are in the area. The staff is really nice and friendly and the food is the best around trust me I've been so much I have tried everything on the menu and can't say anything disappointing.

What a hidden gem! Was looking for a quick bite while on a roadtrip up north when I found this place online. We got the carnitas tacos, quesabirria taco, and the birria ramen. It was all very delicious. Great price and great serving size for the birria ramen especially! IT WAS HUGE for only $11 Will definitely be coming back if I am passing through the area.

The best tacos in mojave! We always get the cabeza and questions Berria tacos.We also get the Carne asada nachos. Mmmmm.The vibe in there is welcoming and the service is incredible. This is my favorite restaurant in mojave. Absolutely 10/10
