Fat Dragon Teppanyaki

BEWARE RAW CHICKEN ! I visited this place Saturday night and the orange chicken I ordered was COMPLETELY RAW ! This is unsafe and absolutely disgusting. I tried to call and I get no response... I messaged the business page on Facebook and get no reply ... CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU BITE INTO IT!

Food, service & ambiance 1. Food 2. Service is fast, (compared to the scrumptious twisted neighboring food court fellow truck). I did notice calling the pickup number in English for perceived non-Spanish speakers. 3. The ambiance is family-friendly with lots of fellowships among others in the cozy outdoor food court. A Family-friendly Ps. is No alcohol is allowed in the food don't.

I ordered chicken teppanyaki and beef & shrimp teppanyaki. While I was waiting, a number was called but it was not my order. It was the order ahead of me. I went up and asked how much longer and within couple mins, my order came up. The order took about 15 mins. Customer service was not great. The food was good except that the noodles was salty.

For starters, they're in a food truck park with 3 other trucks that might actually provided some sense of customer service. Ordered food (2 fat dragon plates with fried rice), stood there waiting for some acknowledgment on his end to let me know our transaction was over. Got my number called, walked up, I was handed food through a window... no eye contact. Not looking to be praised as a customer but common courtesy and decency says you at least thank someone for spending their money with you. lucky for me, The food was on par with the service. Veggies tasted foul (bad after taste from broccoli) Shrimp was edible, steak "strings" and chicken def not fresh and were waaay over cooked, and everything else was just covered in salt and sesame seeds. My son got something from California smash burgers next to this truck and the guy there personally walked his milkshake and hamburger out to him and thanked him. Good service ain't that hard.

First time here I saw Veteran owner and operated so I decided to give it a shot. Never again. The food seems like it's frozen food and the "noodles" is 99cent ramen. Dude taking the order barely acknowledged me. Just a bad place all around.

Ordered the orange chicken plate, tasted wonderfully with great portions. The workers are nice and friendly! Loved the easy parking location also. Would recommend!

We ordered the orange chicken plate, beef and chicken plate, and the tacos. The food was served lukewarm. The flavor of all 3 meals was just okay. We thought Panda Express was much better. We won't be going back.

It's okay nothing that makes you think oh wow very mediocre too much sauce and the other reviews made me sick
