Absolutely amazing! I ordered flowers with a vase for my mom's birthday the day before and they delivered without a problem. The floral arrangement was beautiful, the card I added was perfect, and the delivery driver was very kind.

I would highly recommend avoiding this flower shop. I ordered from 1800Flowers a LARGE lovely lavender Bouquet for my roommate to say thank you for all she has helped my partner and I with. I received the first bouquet on March 17th the day it was due which is significantly different from a LARGE lovely lavender bouquet . So I called 1800Flowers back and they apologize and replace it with photo 2. Looks the exact same to me except this one looks like a small version of the bouquet I actually ordered. So I call back again and I'm pissed! Is 1800Flowers trying to scam me? What happened here exactly? So I get ANOTHER bouquet ordered and a call from the order of this dump fashion flowers. She informs me that she ran out of large vases but took the order anyway and just added the same amount to this very clearly smaller vase. It's a huge price difference!She rudely asked me to count the flowers in the vase and when I told her I was visually impaired, she berated me and asked me how I would know the size of the vase if I couldn't see. So I hung up on her. How would I know? Honey, you delivered the flowers to my roommate who has two totally functioning eyes! Super rude and most unprofessional "boss" I've ever encountered. Don't order from her. She doesn't give a flying fig about the customer, the quality, or those with disabilities!Just so you can't say ANY crap back, I'm using an apple iPhone which has zoom accessibility features which is how I am able to write this review and also to see how different the ACTUAL flower arrangement I ordered was compared to the crap you sent me. Not even in the same ballpark are we. Omg. Get a grip!

I ordered a beautiful bouquet to be delivered for my step daughter's 11th birthday. It was delivered on time, however I was so very disappointed when I saw the picture of the bouquet she was holding. It wasn't what I ordered. Instead of overflowing roses she got mostly all daisies.
