The sweet lady was very helpful and accommodating! I loved my cat costume and she has a lot of different costumes and accessories to choose from plus Halloween Makeup as well! Will definitely come here again! It can be difficult getting an outfit last minute because many Halloween stores are only seasonal and even Amazon takes longer than I need at times so it's nice to know their is a place I can go to get something same day for last minute cosplay and for my acting self tapes!! Great owner and great experience! There is a lot to offer with all of their huge costume selection. We had a last minute event to attend and this was one of the first options that popped up in my search. Didn't believe we'd have as good of a costume for the event. I chose lederhosen and my wife got a beer maiden dress. My wife won the best dressed for the female costume which I'll attest to hair dressing abilities along with all of the extras she put into the outfit. I have to give a huge shoutout to the owner, who did us a huge favor, following a mishap we had where she allowed us to rent the costumes for a little extra time due to a last minute cancellation. Thank you again and we'll definitely be renting costumes from here again.

This is a review of their Singing Telegram service. From the moment I called Jennifer was incredibly helpful. Our girlfriend was having a 40th birthday and we were not able to attend so we wanted to do something memorable. Jennifer helped gather information about our friend and find the perfect person to do her singing telegram. It was a huge hit and everybody at the party sang along and had the best time. I came here for the first time needing a costume for a Halloween Party. I have to say, i was quite surprised at the great customer service I received from the owner. She was kind, fast and immediately brought me options in my size, comfort and in both rentals and purchase items. They were super busy but she still didn't let any of that stop her. I opted for a rental and she offered me many accessories to go with my costume. Her son and husband had my costume steamed and ready to go within minutes. There are so many options here for all ages. I love that they carry top quality costume makeup as well. I'll definitely be back. They made it simple for me to get exactly what i needed and with a big smile!

The best variety of costumes and supplies! My favorite is the makeup! They carry Ben Nye at a fair price. Ben Nye is the best quality and useful year round! Ice also purchased cool fishnets and socks for my regular outfits. The customer service is exceptional! They even do special orders!

A great place to find costumes. There are so many and the owners REALLY KNOW THEIR INVENTORY and a decent bit of history if it would affect or change the costume you should be wearing to an event. I will come back here every time I need to look awesome in costume.

My 1st visit when I went in to get some ideas for a costume I walked in and I was happilygreeted and felt at home...****it's an actual house!!!***They are super friendly and helpful..very knowledgeable and current with the latest costumes and such!!..I for a few Ideas and Thought about renting a costume..so I tried on a few and found the one I liked and for the price it was reasonable..She makes most of the costumes herself and the craft and time she puts into her costumes are AMAZING!..so I reserve the costume!She even let me post a flyer a for thr event I was hosting!!
