I took my 2015 rdx in for an oil change. My car said it still had 30% oil life left but I don't drive alot so I went off of time frame. They did a multipoint check up for free and after they were finished they told me that my battery needed to be replaced...even though it was only a year old....they also said my front brake pads were rubbing metal to metal! I left and had my husband take it to another brake shop who did a free brake inspection and they told him that the pads were less than half way used! I'm sorry Family Motors Acura but you just lost a customer! WOMEN BEWARE OR YOU COULD BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!

Do not go to the service department. The service manager Corina will lie to you. She has only worked there a week and she is extremely rude to customers. I was stranded and changed my car battery. My computer system did not reset, so I decided to use my extended warranty on my car with less than 20,000, and she charged me 150.00 to reset my computer. She said I should have had my car towed and my battery changed there, then I wouldn't be charged. This was ridiculous. I even called Valencia and Fresno Acura and they both explained this was covered under warranty. She was rude and is a liar. In the background I heard another customer complaining about the service department and they were offering him 20%, however I did not even get my keys until I paid the 150.00.

I'm very picky when it comes to shopping for a new car and like to look a bit before the sales people approach me. I have owned an Acura MLX for 13 years and never had any issues so I decided to keep it and buy another Acura. Johnny Ramon gave me my space to look around and when I was ready he answered all my questions, was very diligent throughout the process. All of the Acura team have been awesome from the courtesy driver,service department, finance and management. Johnny Ramon is the man to see if your in the market for a new auto.

After spending a few years in the car business it was hard to find a dealership that I can go to and get the deal that I wanted. Working with Ezekiel and Justin in the Internet Department made my client experience a good one. I didn't buy my car from Family Motors. I purchased a used Audi from another dealer, but I almost feel guilty for not giving them my business to begin with. These guys are great! I've mostly dealt with Matt in the service department, but I've called with all kinds of questions as well as had my car serviced under Audi-care. They always go above and beyond for their customer, and I'm confident that as long as my car continues to be a dependable vehicle I will be an Audi driver for life.

I'm having a suspension on a brand new car that's under warranty. I've called 3 times already and spoke with 3Different service reps and I've made 1 in person visit and was told "someone will call you in the next day or two" and it's been 3 damn weeks. I'mSo annoyed and am now driving my car to Valencia to now have a damn problem that should've been fixed in the first damn place. Service is a shit!
