F.Y.E is for me and probably you too!Not only is this a store of collectibles, board games, novelty shorts, fun items, electronics, gift cards (including those for various gaming systems, ios and android) Blue-Ray as well as DVDs, CDs, video games as well as some consoles and vintage it's a wide open space of fun.The Nightmare Before Christmas merchandise behind the registers is pretty impressive as is the wall of Funko's where they currently have a buy one get one deal O.O... Dangerous for your wallet, yet amazing if you're collector. Good place for a gift for a friends, family member, co-worker or loved one and even better for a retail therapy/gift to yourself. My new Avatar the Last Airbender cap can attest to that lol... Managed to get great gifts for my roommates (both movie and anime fans) as well as some other close great people in my life.The line was intimidating being post holiday, but the girls in front worked register magic and got it down in no time! The customer service was perfect.Super fan of F.Y.E. especially this one in Bakersfield where Monzerath and her co-FYE clerk worked their magic to sign me up for their rewards program and instant deals!

Honestly I'll start this saying this store has so many cool things, and different categories. The reason for the 2 star is the staff always acts like they hate their life. I work retail as well so I understand hating it but got dayuuuum they really show it here. Also the pricing on snacks is high when you could just go to world market for the same stuff half the price. Also if you sign up to get the 10% what they wont tell you is that you will be billed for it $12.99 a month.

Dont get the free subscription you will get charged the next month and it's a pain to cancel it and you also have to call a different number to cancel another subscription they sign you up automatically

Great store with different merch. 1 star because there cashier had an ugly attitude. Shopped on 06/15/23 around 5/6 and the cashier had a nasty attitude like a teenage girl. Mexican dark skinned guy wearing a red shirt w/ buzz cut.
