Expert Estate

I have been to a couple of estate sales by Expert Estate Sales, and have purchased many items that I thought were reasonably priced, and in very good condition. As someone who deals with vintage items through my business at the Country Antique Fair Mall, I have always found something worth buying at their estate sales. Their staff is helpful and courteous, too.

I had an issue with this business and felt I was treated unfairly. My previous review was very negative and at the time was rightfully justified. However the reason I am leaving a 5 star review now, is because the owner of this business made it a point to give me my full refund and apologize for the incident. Thank you for making things right. I would recommend that you check this business out and give it a good a review.

Anyone who has ever been to an estate sale knows that you are buying "as is,where is" ... You are getting a good price knowing you are taking a little bit of a risk. I have attended multiple sales held by Expert Estates when in CA. I have always found that their merchandise is well priced, they research and provide background on many items. The sales are well prepared and organize. The staff is very helpful and knowledgable. I would recommend their sales to anyone looking for some unique finds.

I love this company, they always throw out the red carpet for everyone. Prices are fair and faces are friendly

If you do for some reason buy something be prepared to be screwed with your clothes on

I have a table at a friend's house where this company is conducting an estate sale. I asked my friend to sell my table which is a old chinese table with markings, that cost $1,000 a number of years ago. My friend, who recently lost her mother, referred me to Lisa (the owner) Lisa told me that she had no idea what she could get for it and that I had to be prepared to take "anything" or she would not even show it ,I agreed to accept $200 which would have been a steel but she wouldn't sell it unless I agreed ahead of time "to take a percentage of "whatever amount" she claimed to sell it for."understanding that could mean Id get $10 for it I hung up and pity my friend , who may really get stuck making very little.... talk about "blind faith"

Update. I stand by my earlier review. It was a terrible experience with Lisa who I found to be incompetent and unprofessional.

Very unorganized and rude. Just recently came back from an estate sale hosted by this company. They were not prepared for the large crowd. Long lines and the owner herself very rude when asked simple questions. There was in climate weather, however, a simple overhang with a heater would of solved the extremely long lines that built up inside where no one could shop. These are easy fixes that can go a log way. We had purchased something that couldn't even be taken away. Inconvenient...

Expert Estate Sales is a professional and caring company. Lisa is the very best at her profession and conducts herself in an ethical manner. Please look them up if you are in need of an estate sale!

I interviewed Lisa when I was in need of an estate sale. She was nice, but we went with someone else who seemed more professional. Currently, I am very disappointed in Lisa's business approach to advertising. She illegally attaches her estate sale signs on public stop signs, street lighting posts, etc. to show where are her current sales. Can't you imagine what this town would look like if everyone who had an estate sale, garage sale, etc. just posted on all public fixtures? No thanks.
