I had a flower arrangement delivered today from my husband. Even though it was suppose to get to me at 1pm, it didn't arrive until closer to 4. When I called the flower shop and mentioned that some of the flowers were droopy, the lady on the requested I send pictures. After doing so, I called back to confirm that they were received. I was transferred to a second person, perhaps the owner or om, who was rude and told me I would have to drive 20 minutes out of my way to reach a resolution. I made the trek and the florist was very condescending. Maybe we have higher standards in Orange County, where I am from, but when your husband spends $70 + on what turns out to be a skimpy arrangement, you expect for the little amount of flowers on there be pretty.Buy your flowers from the local corner guy instead of Exeter flowers. You'll probably get better quality at a lower price.

Never again, ordered a bouquet online... the bouquet that was delivered looked nothing like what I ordered. I also ordered a stuffed animal and chocolates. After spending over $120 ($45 for stuffed animal and chocolates) i was told that they had ran out of stuffed animals and they would replace it with balloons valued at what I had paid ($45). The replacement was what looked like a $5 box of rite-aid chocolates and 4 balloons from the dollar tree. No compensation or refund was offered. This business does false advertisement and it was definitely a lesson well learned.

Received a GORGEOUS & creative bouquet from Exeter Flower Company. When the delivery lady arrived at my house to deliver the surprise bouquet I was not home. Instead of leaving the flowers at the door on hot 100+ degree July day, she called me to ask if I was going to be home soon, if not she would bring them back to the flower shop & attempt redelivery when I was going to be home to bring the flowers inside. We live about 15 minutes out of town so I thought that was very courteous!

We worked with Janna for our wedding flowers. She is the best! Janna was always very willing to listen and offer her expert opinion. She was very knowledgable and not at all pushy. We live a few hours north of Exeter- Janna was always willing to accommodate us when we were in town. She was also very good about getting back to us. We ordered the following:bride bouquet- calla lilliesgroom boutonniere- calla lilleuncle boutonnieres- white rosebridesmaid flower for hair- gardeniacenterpieces for 27 tables- garlands with dark pink carnationsextra pink carnations for DIY flower girl bouquetsNotes:Our wedding was in June in 105 degree weather- we were very concerned but all the flowers made it through the entire day and looked gorgeous.Their prices are not the lowest but we went with them because we loved working with Janna.A few weeks later we were in Exeter and in need of flower arrangements. We didn't think twice- we went straight to Janna :)

I ordered flowers from Exeter Flower Co. on Thursday 4/3 for my mother in laws service. We had looked through the website of several companies in the area and I got on the phone and talked with Angeline about the flowers in the arrangement. I wanted to confirm the availability of the flowers in the arrangement because we wanted it to look as much like the picture on the website as possible. We were told they couldn't get the lavender gladiolus but they would substitute lavender larkspur. They didn't have the lavender Peruvian lillies or the emerald palm fronds but we agreed as long as they tried to keep with the lavender as purple was my mother in laws favorite color. Saturday, 4/5/2014 the day of the service they sent us a picture before it was to be delivered and we were very disappointed as there was so much pink and the original arrangement did not even have gerbera daisies. It certainly did not look like the original picture at all.I don't appreciate being blatantly lied to. I specifically called to make sure the flowers would be available and instead of blindly ordering off the internet. If they could not provide the arrangement in the picture on their FTD website they should have been honest up front. My next email will be to FTD.Completely disgusted after spending $250.00

I paid for a $100 sympathy arrangement and received a vase with flowers. Lacked the look of a beautiful arrangement. No design or rhythm. When I called the flower shop the lady asked for the photo to be sent. She said yes that is what we sent and that's what $100 gives you now due to everything has gone up in price. Very concerning since I always try to use local florist. Now I may need to use the online ones.

I asked Exeter Flowers to re-create a large flower arrangement from a picture for my Mother's Celebration of Life in Sept. They did a wonderful job! It was beautiful, my Mom would have been delighted! Thank you, it meant so much to have it look so beautiful with her picture!

I called them on Monday for my Aunts funeral on Thursday. I gave them a list of what arraignments I wanted and the colors I wanted. They absolutely over-delivered on the arraignments. They were absolutely stunning!! Thank you so much !!
