I looked at multiple mechanics that specialize in European cars to take my BMW after the dealer quoted me $600+ for rear brake pads. I called and was given an estimate over the phone. The process was quick and easy. Left my car in the morning and a couple hours later the car was ready. The estimate actually went slightly lower after they reviewed the car first hand which was nearly half of what the dealer was quoting me. The individual at the front desk was very informative, polite, and accommodating. They had every opportunity to charge me more after the initial estimate and they didn't. Their price was very fair and I've shared my experience with my family who plans to take their BMW's here as well. Thank you to the individuals who helped me.

Just moved here 3 years ago, really concerned where I would get my e55 AMG serviced, and by someone I could trust, and at a reasonable price, Luck and Lord would have it, I found European Perf Auto, Mark has taken great care of my car, on time at a reasonable price ! I am extremely happy with their work, Mark was able to diagnose an issue I had for years, and fix it ! Walters MBZ Riverside was unable to even diagnose it !

My first visit to the facility. Had my transmission oil and filter replaced in a 2008 Mercedes Benz C-300. I have no complaints. The service was fast and reasonable. Mark was very helpful. Looking forward to having this shop do my future work. Just one note they don't always answer the phones but with the current virus COVID 19 they are short-handed so they get a pass for now. By the way, the shop looked very clean which is always a good sign.

I was very fortunate that found this place, I had very bad experience with Local Mercedes Dealer service in Bakersfield. I went several times due to the noice under the exhaust system it was an intermittent noice sometimes you can hear. They charged diagnostics fees but nothing found to fix it. However European performance service place within ten minutes fixed the issue and not even change for the service. Not only that I will highly recommended to any Mercedes owners to get thier services from the expertise in Mercedes Benz. Great service and reasonable price with parts and labor.

They went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong with the raffling sounds on my bmw. I recommend coming here before you go to Bakersfield BMW.

Our previous experience with European Performance has been great. Today's experience was not. Took our Mercedes in today to replace the thermostat. I picked up the car and drove a few blocks and it over heated. A warning came up on the dash. Understand-this warning (replace coolant" had not appeared anytime in the past. I drove it back to the shop and they put coolant in it. I parked the car in the garage and my husband noticed a pool of liquid under it. He pulled the car out of garage and the warning light "replace coolant" came back on. Needless to say, we are canceling tomorrow's plans to take the car back.
