Awesome place with great people! I was a little intimidated coming in back I had friends that convinced me. Now, I can't wait for the next day to learn something exciting and cool with real world applications!!

First time going there tonight! My kids had a blast... looking forward to many more nights of exercise and fun.

My first time here and I can't wait to get my little girl in here!!COACH RYAN IS AMAZING WITH KIDS!!ERICA IS AN AWESOME PERSON!!Alot of respect for this FAMILY gym. You don't often find a group of people like this. They "speak" children, teach solid technique, and HAVE A BUNCH OF FUN DOING IT.First of many reviews.Hope to have some video of my little girl soon.

This business is not handling the pandemic well at all!! My son and I enjoyed the classes for about a year, spent about 140/month even tho we only made it once a week at most, the kick boxing class for me was fun, but they really weren't very family friendly when it came to the kids, my son was left out a couple times because they moved the class around and didn't say anything. Then covid happened and we had to move and now this business is doing what they can to keep charging me the monthly membership even tho the contract states you can break it in the event of a move. Telling me I have to show them a new drivers license when the dmv is closed/backed up for months and I can't even afford to purchase a new license in the first place!!! I called the gym to speak to them and all I got was an earful of how "Governor Gruesome" was a pain in their butts for shutting down the gym. Ok. Then they give me the run around as they are still charging me and when my credit card finally maxed out the billing company starts emailing me every day... I have told them over and over I moved out of state, sent pics of mail, my sons school address, anything to keep from getting charged or having to go the driver license route but no..... now the excuse is that I can't cancel the account, I am still being charged the monthly fee because I didn't pay for the months we moved away. So be careful signing a contract with this place! They will do whatever they can to rape your wallet!They are now adding additional charges! I was told my account would be closed in August!

You want to get fit?? If so, this is definitely the place to check out! Yes, it's kickboxing but, I feel that it's a mixture of kickboxing & cross training!! You don't only work on the bag but, there are days were they will include weights which I totally love. I would definitely recommend going here. Also, Iris Eric Nolan's spouse is the bomb!! You want to sweat real good...then her class is the one you want to go to. She kicks my @$$ in a good way when I take her class. I feel really good afterwards tho!!

So excited to start a new family routine to workout. Everyone here is so friendly and extremely helpful. So happy to have found something for my family to enjoy.

Great place to learn self defense. Eric Nolan and his coaches are professional, patient and professional. Kids classes are great. They teach fitness, discipline, self defense and respect to the children. Adults do Xtreme Kickboxing. Iris is amazing!! If you're looking to loose weight and stay fit, this class is for you. Muay Thai is very addicting, this class is for self defense as well as Jiu Jitsu and MMA. Gym is super clean and they follow all Covid19 regulations. I highly recommend this gym to all my family and friends.

When I called about the account and explained my situation, you only saw me as a number. You didn't care about my experience with your gym or even offer to reinstate my membership. All you cared about was getting money for a membership that was never used. You expect to get fucked by big corporations, but not a small business in a town you grew up in. Just sad, disappointing business practices.

My son has been going here for years and recently I signed up my younger son. I have called twice and spoken to this lady named Érica. She is so rude and has NO customer service skills so for as much as they charge I feel like they need to put somebody in the front desk that's actually going to be able to work under pressure and not get overwhelmed and take it out on the customers. She has no place in the front working with people.

Both my kids go here and they love it, everyone is so nice and helpful. Coach Ryan is a great coach really friendly.
