My catalytic converter on my tundra was stolen on late feb of last year, so i decided to take it to Elite Collision to file a claim with my insurance.. was told it would be 6 to 8 months for the Catalytic to come in due to it being on backorder... was called in october that the catalytic was in, so planned to take it in to Joe, well that morning, the other catalytic was stolen... so ended up leaving the truck with Joe till they can be installed.... Well the second catalytic became available in January, so Joe and his crew installed it, called us and we picked it up... well when we picked it up, we were told the check engine light was going to be on due to codes that were coming on... he said it looks like the fuel cap.... Well we asked for a Repair Order stating what codes they were, and come to find out, they were all due to the Catalytic Converters being stolen... so we took the truck to another place to jave the Diagnosis done and they said its a bad o2, so we had that warranted... now there were still some codes coming up, Joe from Elite decided to throw his hands up and gave up on trying to help us with this claim... so we took it back to the shop that did the diag and turns out the ECM was bad, the wiring harness, and the fuel lines were cut... all were repaired at about 7k to the repair shop...So in conclusion to this headache, do your research on the shops you take your vehicle to... it will save you time and patience... i do not recommend this shop....1 year and finally my truck is back to normal!!!

My car was in a collision on Monday. It took off the paint on the rear bumper and hurt the spoiler. Elite collision center took the car on Wednesday and had it ready for me on Friday. My car looked brand new! They did an amazing job they have great customer service. I would tell everybody in Bakersfield to go there! They are reasonably priced and they do the best job in Bakersfield I can't thank them enough for getting my car back to me.

Whomever I spoke to on the phone was an A**. He didn't sound like he wanted my business. He didn't care. He wasn't interested in my car issues. I don't think I would even want to take my car here. Customer service goes a long way and their first impression is not a good impression so far.

I had a great experience with Elite Collision. I drove up with a fender hanging on the front of my car. 3 hours later I was driving away with the repairs completed and the car washed. The car looked brand new when they returned it to me.They were very professional and polite. I will take my business there anytime.

We had a great experience using Elite Collision Center. Joe the owner is professional, honest and works for the customer! He inspects the completed work with you. He wants it perfect! Our vehicle was completed to perfection in a timely manner and we will always use Elite Collision from now on. We are extremely satisfied customers!

Stay away. They cashed two insurance checks from two different accidents that I was hoping to get fixed at once. They never fixed my vehicle. The shop stays closed now and Joe ignores calls and texts.

I am a very satisfied customer.. very professional staff and they were about their word. The guy said my car would be done by a certain time and it actually was!!! They left my Camaro like brand new!!! Thank you Elite collision center!!!

I've recommended Joe many times and i always got great feed back. I recently took my car in and again the guys were fantastic the repair spot on. I won't go to any other shop.

The most terribe experience ever!!!Took five months to repair vehicle. Car was returned with wrong tires, crack in the car, air bag not replaced, tire light on, radio broken and damage underneath the car. Completely unsafe and unacceptable after paying thousands of dollars.Do not go to this dangerous place!
