Everything about this place is mediocre. From decor to the food. Chips were good. Salsa had good flavor to it. We were off to a great start. I ordered steak ranchero and she ordered the chimichanga. I stole the first bite of her chimichanga and it was good. Beans and rice tho lacked flavor. I'm almost certain the beans were canned beans. I ordered steak ranchero and it was good. Not great but wasn't the worst. As the kids these days say it was "mid". Service was great at the beginning but the towards the end it took a while for a refill on my water and to get the check. It was also $42 for lunch so on the pricey side for mediocre. I'll most likely give this place another try and hope to change my review

I was in town and used to come here often when I worked in Porterville. The BEST Albondigas ever! Tastes exactly how I remembered over 10 years ago. I came on a Saturday at dinner time and it was not busy; however, they are short staffed and kept apologizing. I don't mind waiting for quality Mexican food and this is a must try restaurant. The location is on Main Street, so easy to find. Very well lit restaurant. Casual dress. I will continue to visit when in town.

I called for delivery food was by far late then here is my sope this is by far the worst sope ever don't even look like one ! Not made with love at all :(

The best Mexican food in Porterville. Try the Chile rellano's they are world-class. We've been fans for over 25 years.

The famous chicken taco salad! You can catch me here most Sundays. Food is great and reasonably priced for the everday America. Service has always been top norch for me.*TipDon't forget to add fresh sour cream and avocado as a topping on the salad.

I feel really bad rating this place a 2 star but I have to be honest. I got the fajitas thinking it was a safe choice as my MIL suggested it as it's her favorite plate there, well when I got mine it was very sweet and the beans I can tell were canned so I just ate my rice and beans and gave the rest to her to take home. This is also the second location I've been to with the same name and she's always saying this place is delicious lol I swear I'm not a picky eater what so ever but the flavors aren't there for me so I definitely won't be coming back. The servers were very attentive and the complementary chips and salsa were nice. Gracias.

Always excellent I love their taco salad french dressing on the side and guacamole is delicious as well... Friendly staff and prompt delivery thank you.

Chicken Compuesta I got the shredded beef compuesta and it was bussin.I'd make the trip back to porterville for this.

Best Mexican food in Porterville. I've tried other popular ones, but there is no comparison. I usually always have it delivered and the service has been excellent from the call in to the delivery.
