El Capitan Furniture

I was helped out by a wonderful young lady named Aracely. I came in to look at the furniture selection on a Saturday morning and was immediately greeted by her. She was very patient and answered all my questions and showed me multiple pieces in the store. She was very thoughtful and wrote down all the pieces that I wanted. I went home to consult with my husband and returned the following day and asked for her specifically since we already spoke about what I liked. She was very accommodating and friendly, and even helped me apply for various financing options so I could have all my pieces to furnish my first apartment. It's a wonderful store with a large selection and many items in stock. The longer I stay at my apartment I hope to add more pieces to it from El Capitan furniture :)

Great furniture store. Horrible customer service. I was helped by someone named Karina she was very rude and snobby in the way she was explaining what was available and it seemed like she was bothered to show us the different furniture. If you don't like to deal with customers why are you even in customer service?
