Food is sooo good. It's made fresh from scratch. The owners are really nice. Excellent customer service. The bread is made in house. I definitely recommend giving them a try. You won't be disappointed. The also run a cafe next door. If you want to grab a coffee and croissant.

A surprisingly self made French cafe in the middle of Tulare. The owner herself sat down with me to explain that this cafe makes everything from scratch. She also mentions how this cafe also serves as a nonprofit during after hours for those looking for a second life. Although the menu warned of slower service, I found that my food came out in a timely manner despite the lunch rush.*French Onion Soup: rich, cheesy and beefy. Came with three slices of a bread but the soup itself had enough carb content. The cheese offered a pleasant stretch and saltiness. The onions could have caramelized for longer but the broth had good sweetness and herbal flavor regardless.*Lyonnaise Potatoes: the potatoes were cut thicker than the average potato chip. Certain slices were crispier while others had a chewier bite. The potatoes were seasoned well and the onion soup panning was very subtle. The best bites were the ones with onion bits.*Lemonade: on the sour side and not overly sweet. I wished that it was served in a glass instead of a plastic cup like other beverages. It was definitely house made but it wasn't my favorite.Every staff member was friendly although they appeared quite swamped. I got up to prep my own to go container because no one was free. Paying the bill was also at the front too so there wasn't much interaction after the first encounter. Overall, the food was good with stylistic flavors albeit the lemonade wasn't my favorite. The meaningful message and warm, welcoming ambiance made me rate the dine in experience a solid 4 stars.

Amazing food! We just went here for lunch-owner (really from France!) walked right up to our table and introduced herself and shared that the proceeds from the restaurant go to kids in need. The food was so good and fresh-we were told all the meats are imported fresh from France!

I was excited to try this restaurant on the way home from Yosemite. A bit out of the way but the reviews seemed worth it. After 10 minutes of being ignored by the staff I used the bathroom and returned to the table to find another couple sitting there. Bummer since I haven't had a hot meal in days.

Eden Cafe is a newer restaurant, whose kind owner adds to the charm. She personally came around to each table to introduce herself, share the mission behind the restaurant, and the ways they give back to the community. A welcoming space for all. Our breakfast was delicious!

We went for their New Years Eve Dinner! And wow, this is a glimpse of the dinner menu starting in February I was told, so it's tentative. But we are completely obsessed and cannot wait to go back for dinner. The servers are all so friendly and the owner is a delight! Always checking in on you and making sure everything is to your liking. I love the small coffee shop to the side for a quick in and out when you just want a pastry & coffee to go!

Our first time eating at Eden Cafe, we visited on Saturday, February 17, 2024, at 8:30 am. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of parking. They also have a coffee shop/cafe if you want to grab a coffee and pastry. The ambiance was casual and friendly. We sat far from the door so the temperature was perfect. The menu is not extensive, pretty limited for breakfast options, more like a brunch menu. We started our order with a Brown Sugar Latte with an extra shot of espresso. The latte was made with real brown sugar, not an artificial syrup. It had a wonderful milk foam on top and not overly sweet. The coffee was served hot. A coffee menu would have been nice with a few house specialties listed I ordered the Quiche Loraine with a salad. The quiche is made in house and it was tasty but not spectacular. The crust wasn't as flaky as I had expected. It had nicely diced ham and was flavorful. I personally didn't care of the cheese it was topped with. Didn't feel the quiche needed it, kinda added a bit of grease to the quiche. I would order without next time. The salad was delicious, dressed perfectly. I would definitely order this salad again. We also ordered the veggie omelette . It was filled with a ratatouille, tomato based veggie mix, was good but would order the lamb merguez (lamb sausage) omelette next time. We weren't sure if we'd like the merguez, so we were given a sample..delicious, flavorful with a bit of spice. The Lyonnaise Potatoes were fantastic and would definitely order again. We ordered a in house made chocolate croissant. It was served warm and the croissant was flaky with just the right amount of chocolate. I would order again. We ordered the Brown Sugar Crepe and it was out of the world delicious! The crepe was served warm and topped with fresh cream. I highly recommend the Brown Sugar Crepe. The waitstaff was attentive and accommodating. Overall, I do recommend Eden Cafe and we will definitely eat here again, there are several menu items that we would like to try for brunch/lunch.

The owners are wonderfu! some of the best service we have ever had. Very hands on, everything is made by hand and you can taste the love and effort in every bite, the atmosphere is lovely and comforting as well. The biggest take way is that they use their business as a charity to give back. 10/10 will definitely be coming back!!
