OK, so I think today was mine and my family's last visit to your car wash. For the past four years, I and my family have been bringing our cars there (a total of four) for our oil changes and car washes and car washes.I did so again this morning and I was one of the first customers there. The gentleman at the oil change section greeted me and was friendly and professional, as always. He did my paperwork and told me he would come see me shortly in the waiting room, so I went inside and sat down. The television was playing Spectrum news. A few more customers entered and sat down and were on their phones and watching the news program. Spectrum News was running a story about some LGBTQ Activities at the LGBTQ center in Los Angeles.A few moments into the program, a staff member walked in with the remote and said "what the fuck is this?" He then stopped and looked at the program for a moment and as soon he realized it was about LGBTQ, he said "oh that figures" and proceeded to change the channel to a college football game. I did ask him "what does that mean?" and stated "we were actually watching that program" I asked him if there was a problem with it being an LGBTQ segment, and he just looked at me and said "whatever", he changed back and walked out.This is 2024, there is no room in any business for any form of bigotry and exclusion of any segment of our community. I will not support a business that does not educate their staff to behave appropriately when faced with diversity. This is not a reflection only on the individual but also on a business that does not address this type of behavior. in the presence of customers.I did mention this to the manager or cashier not sure what her position was, and she kind of chuckled it off and said oh yeah, he shouldn't have done that. I'll talk to him about it. (She knew exactly who the individual is and overheard the interaction). That just wasn't enough. I was not the only one that had an issue with this employee's actions and comments, there were others in the waiting room that agreed that it was very inappropriate. I encourage you as a business to better educate your staff regarding appropriate behavior while they are at the workplace. Although this employee has the right to feel any which way he wants, he should not be imposing his beliefs on your customers.

Best lube shop on this side of town and the customer service is top tier with the complimentary Carwash

Never going back I know the car was really dirty but they didn't even try. I'll let the pictures do the talking and I still tipped like a dum one got there at 4pm was out by 4:20pm I don't recommend I wish I can zero star this place

This carwash is just not good. They do not thoroughly vacuum, do not dress your tires even though you've paid for it and just do not do a good job. Save yourself frustration and money and go somewhere else.

Went to have my car detailed for 200.00. Car was still dirty after waiting 3 hrs. I couldn't believe it was dirty on the inside and outside. Still saw dirt and dog hair. And I was the one who told the guy to clean my trunk , unbelievable. The guy who quoted the price to me was a young Hispanic guy who was rude and needs help learning how to be courteous. My one star goes to the sweet cashier. Don't go there they do a horrible job with high prices.

Literally one of the worst washes I've ever had for paying $33 dollars. Got the gold package and had assumed since they are always busy that they must have done good work. Well, I was wrong. I just pulled into my driveway to realize that not only did the inside of my car hardly get cleaned but they didn't put my air fresher in or my tire dressing that was suppose to be included in my package. Will never come back. I could have definitely done a better job myself. I should have known I was getting a crappy clean inside when my car that came out after other cars was already done. Just save your money.

Pulled in & NO ONE paid attention. In past years they always had someone ready to attend to you. I waited about 10 whole mins standing there while vacuuming attendants glanced my way every once in a while then I had to approach someone myself AFTER another car just came in and went right through to one of the the vacuum stalls and then one attendant went right to him I'm like helllooooo. I've BEEN waiting! THEN after I approached and was able to let my needs known, I waited about 30mins before they even put my car through the wash area! And that was AFTER I saw them put a couple others in while mine was vacuumed and parked! I had to make my presence known and stand close to the area my car was parked so they would put it into the wash area! Then they put it in the wash area there were 3 guy washers. They were a bit slow. 2 of them young & shootin' the shit, jibber-jabbering while the 1 older man was more focused on getting it washed. Service used to be pretty good here but this place has totally gone down the toilet! TERRIBLE customer service. I cant believe I've been here for an hour now and they are just now drying my car Thankfully the guy dried and wiped it well so I tipped since it wasnt his fault about the others. But they should use some paper seatcovers. This guy left a slight stinch wtf!!? Been coming here off and on since 2016 whenever I need a quick wash & inside wipe-down/cleaning but this will be my last time!

The worst experience ever took my car twice and still couldn't do a professional job for what they getting pay for,don't waste your time or money in this place

A just-above mediocre full-service car wash. I find $27.99 for the basic wash service, pricey. I like to come here when I need my car washed and don't have time to vacuum myself. You will find mistakes or missed spots. But it is nice to have your car washed, vacuumed & wiped down, Also... note that this check-in offer of 15% off will NOT be honored, ‍ if you are a Yelp-er you are familiar with these check-in incentives.

I wish I could give this business 0 stars. My first time not taking my car to the dealer for an oil change. Paid this place over $130 to change my oil and they didn't put any oil in my car. I've never had my oil light come on before. I checked my oil and it was bone dry-not a drop! I could've ruined my engine! They are absolute trash for this!
