If I could give them less stars, than one, I would. This place took seven months to fix our car and never talk to us never communicated with us. We had to rent a car for seven months, because we did not have Rent-A-Car coverage and they did not offer us any, type of assistance, just delays, excuses, and all around inactivity for months. the car came back, needing more work done at the dealership, since they bought aftermarket parts, and not original parts like I requested.

Ive been waiting for my truck for 13 days and they still haven't even told me whats going on! I call everyday and they keep telling me they will know something the next day! I had to tell the lady at the front desk to call me to let me know whats going on! Super frustrating and a terrible experience so far!!!! I will confirm everything when my truck is complete!!! 28 days and I finally got my truck! After calling and calling, it finally got finished. I asked the manager why it took so long and he blew off and said he didn't know and for me to ask Donnie the other manager? The worst customer experience Ive ever had!!! This is a warning for you not to use this company!!!

First and foremost, no good. Just not good. Not helpful, untrustworthy, etc. etc. I could go on and on, however I will not. I was in an accident on 02Oct2003. Someone hit and ran into the back of my newer Silverado truck. The side panel of the Silverado had been "rippled" on the left side; this was obvious to anyone who had the ability to see. Eagleson staff said that they "could not see 'the rippling' on the left side of the bed" even though the truck's bed had been shifted also from the force of the hit&run impact. Shifted bed and rippling..."nope, don't see it" was their reply. Also, the truck bed was now up against the cab from the impact, but only on the left (driver's side). Shifted truck bed, perhaps...Now fast forward to today: They take a bumper that had just been left by its owner, the owner has his friend go straight to the alley to pick it up, then THEY DENY that they have any knowledge of how the bumper got into their business??!! Really??! I don't doubt it at all. They are just the bottom of the barrel if you ask anyone I know. Worthless, and not worth of anyone's time. Really someone who is losing their family member...and this is how you treat someone as articulate as Jeremy D. NOT OK. Done.

Worst body shop in Bakersfield. They are slow and the management won't respond to phone calls. 1 star is way to many stars

I've used this business at the Jomani location in the last few years but never again. I have a simple repair, cash. That bitch at the desk was probably the rudest customer service rep ever. I expect it from the zombie teenager but she's old enough to know better.

I would like to mention Ms. Mary and Mr. Roberto for their kindness, professionalism and diligence. These two individuals have gone above and beyond by calling me and keeping me updated. Is it ever a good day to get into a collision? No! However, if the situation presents itself at least this is a shop where you can feel comfortable. Thank you for a great experience thus far.

Unfortunately, I've been in the wrong place at the wrong time a lot when it comes to my cars. But, lucky for me, Eaglesons has been great about my car repairs since the first incident. Great company, will continue to bring my current and future cars here for whatever fender bender comes by way, never at fault of course.

Find a different shop , Unless you want your car back A year later and bad service from a production manager
