Dutch Bros Coffee

I've been coming to this Dutch Bros since they first opened, not only am I paying for an excellent service all of the employees attitudes really makes this place stand out and impact my day in a very positive way thank you guys

SO GOOD. Idk the name of this but it's snickerdoodle something with mocha and cinnamon and cold foam

Purple hair employee had an attitude even before helping. She got angry because I didn't know my order even though I asked her for a second. Obviously she isn't fit to work retail if she doesn't expect a customer to need time or even have patience. She then proceeded to cry after helping us like it was our fault was complained to her manager for having attitude when in reality we were given attitude even before being asked what we wanted. Not to mention I payed for 11 drinks. Very bad Service! I hope no one else is treated this way by this person.

Hello I just wanted to make a comment about a situation I saw at this location around 9:30pm ,I witnessed the sweetest people in the av get treated horribly by a group of nasty women and children ! I love this shop, I come almost every morning and I hope the management of this location take the employees side with this cause those people were so rude and difficult for absolutely no apparent reason, they had an employee starting at a screen ( having to help people on the side) all for a receipt and a name ? Not 100% sure what the situation was but I just know that the employee who helped them sounded like she just wanted to help and they just weren't satisfied enough. They started asking for people to be fired man! Over three drinks insane !Please Dutch bros give that person a raise cause after what they endured with those people, they deserve it ! however , My chocolate shake was astronomically great !

I love the coffee here. It's amazing most of the time the staff are pretty nice, but I don't see the point of ordering a mobile pick up order in drive-through if I still have to wait in this super long line and wait until I get to the window to be greeted by somebody to tell them I'm here for a pick up order.

So at work a coworker told us how her and her daughter come here maybe twice a week and have and use rewards program so I decided to try. She hyped it up saying it's so good and the lines are just as long as a Starbucks day rush. So I get there there's a drive-through and there's only one car ahead of us. There is a gentleman outside taking orders with an iPad who is very helpful and takes recognition that we never been here before. He started asking us questions and telling us about the menu as I went online to look at a larger menu. His suggestions were kind of helpful and we are not prompted of the reward program. Ended up ordering a smoothie and a iced blended drink. The lemonade is what I got and it was very sour even though it was strawberry peach flavoring which was melting very fast because it was super sunny. I will give it a three out of five because it was refreshing but it just was not sweet. And the smoothie we also ordered the feedback on that was that also it was on the sour side but I did not taste it. I appreciate how pretty the designs are of the store , how clean it looks from the outside and how helpful the gentleman was.. I would say the best part was the muffin tops that we ordered. I got the lemon poppyseed which is normally sweet across-the-board and we also ordered the orange cranberry which was good but there are huge craisin pieces. But I also don't think I will be returning here so that is one less person in line!

The orders for food or drinks are always correct and never watered down drinks are never drastically over packed with ice nor are the cup over flowing with whip cream if you order it and when they ask if you like room for cream & sugar they do not leave you with a whole half a cup for cream & sugar (I would be getting some pain with that much cream & sugar). They service is again awesome always and I mean always greet you with a smile and are welcoming you and it doesn't matter if it is as your driving up or at the window thank you for appreciating your customers . The ambiance is so covered with the customer service and the staff taking the time to see you leave with your order right, that is the way so many more businesses need to be.

When I first heard about Dutch Bros, I was a little sus about the brand and the concept. Keeping an open mind, I drove an hour and a half from Los Angeles to Lancaster to check it out. I'm not a coffee drinker per se, so I settled for a Lemonade/Shark Attack. It tastes like the old-school Freeze Pops. It's a little sweet, but after a while, I got used to the taste, and honestly, it was delicious. The customer service was excellent - great price - convenience drive-thru - definitely deserves five stars. I liked the concept so much I bought shares of Dutch Bros stock. So here to see what all the fuss is aboutFirst off their line was long but it did go quick.I ordered the 911 and had it customized a bit to my liking. It was almost $10 and extremely pricey. I did not enjoy it.Honestly, they have wonderful customer service but I will stick to Starbucks.

Great customer service, great drinks! I've ordered the strawberry smoothie, Double Trouble and The Kicker. All amazing choices! I feel you can't go wrong with your order. And as I mentioned the customer service is on point! Love how they have the scape lane as you can get your drink fast and don't have to wait for the other cars to get their drinks.
