Duane R Harte Park

Such a beautiful park and playground. The bbq are is clean and really close to the playground. Also close to those is room for bouncy houses. It's perfect park for young kids birthday parties.

I discover this jewel a couple of weeks ago. There is a good size parking lot and a simple parking play structure that is cool. There is a really neat canvas bridge that my toddler enjoyed walking across.. It definitely could be more shaded, but I enjoyed it because we were the only ones there.

Excellent park with two nice playgrounds for ages 3-5 and 5-12, picnic areas, many walking trails, and accessibility to the bike path. Bathrooms are well maintained. My kids love that the City of Santa Clarita Library has a walking path where you can read a page of the featured book as you walk down the path. Very safe park located in a nice residential area.

My favorite park in Santa Clarita to go to! This park is newly built & absolutely gorgeous! The equipment is up to date & super fun for children to play on. There is a giant beautiful grass field at the park to play on & another section on the park has tables to sit & eat on. This park is pretty big with tons of options. If you're looking for a nice clean park I definitely recommend this one!

It's a really great calm park. If you're familiar with Santa Clarita you know Central Park, which is great but this is a nice peaceful alternative tucked away in a residential neighborhood with access points to the running/bike trail and a nice little nature trail.It's new, so the facility it incredibly clean, and always seems like nice families hanging out here. GREAT spot for a nice easy dog walk. I'd highly recommend it if you want something a little less busy than Central Park and want to stroll around a nice neighborhood.I never have any issues with parking. There's not a ton of spots so maybe as it becomes busier it could get challenging, but for now it's awesome.

This is one of Santa Clarita's newer public parks located within RiverVillage neighborhood. It's a 5-acre park that has a large shaded children's playground, picnic area, bathrooms, and a multipurpose turf field. The entrance to the park is located off Riverrock Way. There is a lesser known northern entrance that can be accessed from a trailhead located at the corner of Newhall Ranch Rd and Santa Clarita Pkwy. It takes you down a canyon and eventually leads to a small bridge and some mature oak tress and the northern section of the park. The Santa Clara River Trail runs also along the southern portion of the park and it provides convenient bike access.

This park has been renamed Duane R. Harte Park. This is a hidden gem off the beaten path. There is plenty of shade around the playground areas: one side is recommended for the 2-5 year olds while the other side is for up to 12 years old. There is a large field to play soccer, catch, etc. Also, there is a great, shaded picnic area. Definitely worth a visit!

Gorgeous park at the end of the street in a quiet residential area. The playground equipment is all woodsy and nature-themed. Really cool, with lots of unique play areas. Very large field next to the playground with a walking path that loops around it. The path also leads up to the streets and into some of the residential areas, and connects to the bike trail next to the parking lot. Clean bathrooms. There are benches all over the park, including way out by the small trail, and a covered picnic area for parties with 4 benches.

If you like the bike paths of Santa Clarita this is the Perfect spot to start your bike ride!

Coolest park in SCV! Love this park. There is a paseo that you can scooter or bike along!l
