My car broke down and I needed a new one fast. My girl and I did the online approval with this drivetime and we got approved for a 600 dollar down payment together with not very good credit which is pretty amazing and they stuck to it when it came time to for the paperwork. Ryan was my sales person and he was very helpful and informative through the whole process (which was even more impressive because we were conducting a lot of business through email, over the phone and in person with covid social distancing). For me this represents a quality experience--- to sum it up: priced as advertised, friendly and knowledgeable staff, easy process, and a good car. What more can you ask for? Oh yeah, Ryan also gave my kids a nice cold water bottle while we were signing the paperwork. I definitely recommend.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Last year I purchased a '13 Nissan Sentra. One day I'm driving to work and the car stops working on the freeway, ON THE FREEWAY, I could have DIED (i live in LA). Luckily I get it to a mechanic and he says that the car needs an entire brake system, a brand new transmission and a new battery. Quoted me at $4500. My soul left my body. And then it returned to my body and I was LIVID. DriveTime would not take responsibility for any of it. They said that it is normal wear and tear.... I hadn't even had my car for a full year at this point. This was last December and now my check engine light comes on again. I took it to the mechanic and he says $450 for a new mass air flow meter. This company is full of dishonest and unsympathetic people that are out to make a dime. They will lie to your face, scam you, and sell you a lemon of a car and won't help you out when the entire car is falling apart and you can't afford to make your car payments and pay almost 5K for repairs. This company priced their cars at an 'excellent' condition Kelley Blue Book price but the car is a piece of shiet. This is my first financed car purchase and it is the worst and MOST EXPENSIVE MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. When this happened I called to speak to the store manager and I even called corporate and everyone was very rude to me. Everyone said the same thing to me, that it was "wear and tear."

It says get your real down payment on line and tv when you apply. You then get a down payment quote.. Then you get to store and it changes the lAdy said it's a starting point. That's really not your real down payment. I said then show me where you apply that it states it's a starting point. Not your real down payment even in the fine print on her store computer she couldn't show me it. So don't let them try and pull that on you if you do decide to go in. It's false advertising just to get you in the store. Also if you don't take a picture of the car you were approved for at that down pmt. they say they save it for you. They don't she said do you remember what car it was for that price.. So you have to pay more.. They don't save it... And then if you look at the issues on line that other people have had with them you wouldn't go in.. It's false advertising

Schedule an appointment and when I arrived they said they were full due to the covid pandemic , to go check out some cars and we would be helped soon , walked around and every car was dirty , I can understand the exterior being dirty but the interior of half of the cars was like the car doesn't get cleaned after viewing , one car had a granola bar in the center console , another had crumbs on the seat , a few of the cars had near-flat tires , and to end it all one of the employees came out and said to call the dealership and see what they can do . Deal Time here I come !

This place is a joke, they lure you into their office saying "you're pre-approved and then they have a really polite lady from the internet dept. call you and say they will not turn you down (no matter what). So you go in and fill out the paperwork and then they tell you they want you to put a down payment that is higher than the price of the car!?!?!?!? Absolutely makes no sense!!! If I had that much cash, I would just buy it in cash!!!!!!!

Drive time sells lemons. BEWARE!!! There silverrock warranty is ridiculous. They don't approve anything to be fixed. So you're stuck with an over priced lemon. Save your hard working money

I don't recommend this place. The sales representative Ana is very rude and disrespectful. It's sad I had to call another drive time location to get more information on my application than what she gave me.

I came looking for a car and I was walking around the lot for a good 30 mins expecting somebody to come outside, and nobody came out. Due to the corona policies we couldn't go inside which was understandable... I called DriveTime while I was still there asking for help and Marcus answered the phone and told me the car I was looking for wasn't here with an attitude and hung up, he didn't even ask was their anything else I can assist you with or anything. Marcus or no one else never came outside. I don't recommend this business for a car purchase.
