Dorner Family Vineyard

Another one of the hidden gems in this area. Went on a weekend , and was pleasantly surprised ... their was a live musician, wasn't crowded , plenty of parking. The owner introduced herself to us , upon arrival. Loved that they have multiple lists of tastings to chose from.... Something for everyone. You can do your tasting inside or outside. Opted for the outside patio, since it was a nice day. They also offer slushies and gelato. I enjoyed the tasting a lot, even picked up a bottle to go. Tasting fees are $12 a person , for I believe five samples. Not too bad at all. The staff here were also friendly . You can order a pizza or grab some snacks from the inside also as well. Umbrellas cover the tables ... which provided some nice shade... on a hot day. The wines I tasted were all good. Hard to choose my favorite. I must say the bathroom was very clean . Very impressive!

Nice place to relax with family and friends and enjoy the atmosphere. Recommend to do the Wine Tastings. The wines are good and the price is very reasonable. Like the musical variety they have on the weekends. Love the store and the amount of wonderful gift ideas to purchase. The food needs help. Pizzas are ok if you like thick dough with little flavor. Cheese boards are pricey for the amount of food you get. But great idea. Loved the vendors during the Octoberfest. Great items and reasonably priced.

We LOVE Dorner's. Mike & Michelle, the owners couldn't be more friendly, welcoming, and helpful! Their wines are quality and the facility is simply gorgeous. We enjoy reds mostly in the wintertime and whites in the summertime. Recently we've very. much enjoyed the red blend & the pinot noir. The musicians they book for weekends are always good & the company merry. Thank you, Dorner's for creating such a beautiful space and great wines with the perfect atmosphere for everyone who comes to enjoy. Looking forward to holding an event with them this summer.

Loved the ambience, service and wine here! They have friendly staff and a beautiful patio area. We went on a Sunday afternoon and they had live music. I'd definitely return back in the Fall once it cools off. It was pretty warm when we came. They offered a BBQ vendor and gelato outdoors. We shared a bottle of Grenache which was delicious and we enjoyed!

I came on a Saturday. Wines were really good. Being here solo though, I felt invisible. The person pouring g wine consistently passed me by on her way to larger parties. Wine tasting g should bring joy, not a feeling of being invisible.

Our first trip to this winery, and I cant say enough great things about this winery. The staff was phenominal. The wine was excellent. The atmosphere was fantastic. The music was great. One of the best wineries Ive ever been to. They also have events, and you can take pictures anywhere you want outside. They even have a old bath tub you can sit in and take pics. We had so much fun when we went. We will definitely be going back soon.

Place and location are charming patio is lovely, yet serving food is a good idea but quality of food is very poor and should be reconsidered if you wanted a repeat customer. It's not hard to make a pizza with a nice dough , yet it's totally failed. The chicken sandwich as a special of the day was miserable to say the least with a garnish of old grapes that were not washed well! Why? Why waste such a lovely sitting kind hostesses with such lousy food?! Please correct so people can come back enjoy and spend more money.

My husband and I came here yesterday and we had a nice day here. Wine was nice and so were the sandwiches. The reason for the 2 stars is because of the customer service we got. One girl in particular was kinda rude to us and to an employee who was amazing to us. I don't remember her name but she looked Italian and the girl who was rude had brown hair and had a purple shirt on. So anyway, I had asked the girl in the purple shirt about the olive oils and balsamic vinegar as to where the owner ordered it from. She said " oh I don't know she orders them and just puts her own labels on them." Wow really taking credit for someone's work? That is not right. But still I bought some. I also took some wine home as well. Don't know if we will come back here. It just gave a bad vibe do to the rude girl in the purple shirt. Wish I got her name. And to the other girl that was nice , I'm sorry how you are treated there.

Great place wine, food, staff, and owners as well. Beautiful grounds, relaxing, to spend time there.

One of the finest vineyards that we have been too. Beautiful building that is all hand crafted. The owners waited on us personally and were extremely friendly. Kid friendly establishment with hand made pizzas. A must go if in Tehachapi visiting
