Don's Pro Technology Auto Repair

Brought in my 2002 Toyota Camry for a Smog check to these experts. Very friendly staff and the smog check was done in no time. Highly recommend that you bring your vehicle here, to the experts. Even Don the owner was there to help out. Great value in customer service.

Don was very helpful when we stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. While he wasn't able to fix our vehicle he did tell us what was wrong with it and was very friendly.

I had an excellent experience today. I was greeted in a friendly and courteous manner. I was treated with respect, and I didn't have to wait long. I would highly recommend this place.

I don't like putting negative reviews but I want everyone to be aware of my experience.They do good quality of work here there's no doubt about that, but when I got my son's car back there was a huge dent in the lower driver side door. Unfortunately we didn't notice it until we got home because when we picked up the car the technician had to move the car upfront and he had the door open. I spoke with Don and he told me to take it to his preferred auto body shop to see if they could tell us what caused the damage. The auto body said it appears the door was slightly opened and a jack caused the damage. I went back and spoke with Don and he refuses to pay for it. He said they don't use floor jacks. A repair that cost me $400 is now costing me $900 since I have to pay for the damage.If you take your car here please inspect your car before leaving.

Useless clowns...two hours to change my oil. Drained it before they had the new oil...of which there was none to be found around town, forced me to pay for an oil ...AND did a weak-ass 30 point inspection which has led to the truck running rough and now I have to go to the dealership to get it fixed...THESE AMATEURS ARE NOT DIESEL MECHANICS, SMOG TECHS AT BEST...AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE...Stick to smogging little old ladies Priuses...it's what you're good at. Another useless Tehachapi auto shop...

Every time I try to bring my vehicle in they tell me it is a month wait. Who can be without a car for a month, not me. Obviously they have a lot of business, maybe they should hire more workers. I try to contribute to local businesses but this is what I get. Well I am off to Lancaster to get my car repaired right and fast!

Would absolutely NOT recommend this place to anyone. Staff is absolutely rude. Had our vehicle towed there and it had not been touched for a week & they also were not able to provide a date as to when they can start working. Tried to overcharge without even taking a look at the vehicle & So much more. Very outdated, rude & expensive. Save yourself the trouble & go somewhere with quality standards.

I just took my car to Don's Pro Technology Auto repair after my car's engine light went on and started getting weird exhaust sounds coming from under the hood. When we took it over to Don's, I was impressed with the level of service and expertise. Even though they were fully booked, they quickly diagnosed the problem letting us know that it was safe to drive and now we're on our way!

I took in 2 control arms to have bushing pressed in. I supplied the bushings. He charged me 179 dollars! Both control arms brand new with bushings are only 150 for the pair with new bushings. I have been a customer for years, but never again. If you want to be charged outrageous prices go here.

Who ever answers the phone at this place has such horrible customer service. Called to ask a question and was talked to in such a disgusting and rude tone. Not my fault your website says you do something you guys no longer offer?
