Don's Liquor Mart

I would give NEGATIVE STARS if possible. The owner Michael Khalil which being this is a small town most of you know him. I went to get gas at the last pump closest to the street near the sheriff only to find out someone had installed a card reader and my ATM card was compromised and $300 was taken from me by a location in Bakersfield. I told SAM he insisted there was no card reader and only wanted to argue with me. From this point on I only got fuel when they were open and when I paid cash Michael Khalil also owns several rental properties in Frazier. One of his rental homes is located above the park. There are 4 BIG parking lot light poles in the driveway. The driveway is shared with the house below that he owns as well. The lights are only on the electric panel of the house I rented and we're solely to be paid by me at approximately $250 to $350 per month in addition to my monthly rent of $1,500 (which he is now currently asking $1,800) I was simply washing my car in my driveway and i went to grab onto the pole to hold onto for support while walking down the stairs when I was ZAPPED / ELECTROCUTED and knocked to the ground. I immediately fell to the ground twisted my ankle and tore the tendons. The electrocution went from my fingers to my toes throughout my entire bodyThe pole was not grounded properly and I don't think he ever fixed it. I paid an electrician to come out and give me a report of what they found. I told Michael Khalil what was found but he basically ignored me I was treated in the emergency room of the hospital and have been seen by my DR several times since then. Unfortunately for people suffering from electrocution there is nothing that can be done to help manage the pain other then pain meds. I was told this Is something that either goes away over time on it's on or it doesn't. It's been 6 months and now that winter is here my hands are in so much pain I can barely use them. I feel like an 80 old with severe arthritisI now have to have surgery to repair my ankle and have asked for his insurance information several times. Since he has refused to comply I have had to hire an attorney This man is very unethical and shady and should not be trusted ever My friends told me not to post on social media because of what he might do as to retaliation against me but I have done nothing wrong and everyone needs to know the character and morals or should i say lack of morals of this man

Told me I looked like I was three and freaked out when I handed him money and he asked for my ID which was in the hand with the money... and then lectured me on how important it is to have the ID out first... just not very nice people

One thing everybody needs to try is the hot dogs they are fire always warm & the prices on gas are really good and the customer service is Awesome super helpful , especially when needed to find the number your vehicle is sitting on haha this gas station is a go to Fr Fr - Andrew E Gonzalez

Good people, fair prices. Have been coming here for 20+ years and never had an issue.It's worth the extra drive up from Lebec.Sam has always made myself and family feel welcomed.

Worst place in Frazier park u can stop at. No customer service with old snakes. My sandwich I bought was expired

I'm a local too the Liguor mart. Live in Frazier Park for the past 30 years. New ownership likes to charge you twice on your ATM or Credit Card. Be very careful and check your bank account with this place. This place has credit card banking information on double charge on your credit card fraud.

Really really friendly staff only place that I know of on the mountain as a liquor store that has specials on their liquor wheelchair accessible and connected to a gas station so you get double the bang for your buck

Chill cashiers, good selection, I've been going here since I was 13 (I'm 21 now) and this is one of the best places to stop if you're looking to grab quick snacks, smokes, and drinks (21+). Gas prices are average for the area but always fair and way better than on tejon and the tejon pass. All things considered, Don's has always been one of the best in town in all categories, 5/5 would recommend
