Dollar Tree Stores

Not too crazy about this Dollar Tree store. They are connected side by side with their sister store Family Dollar. So when you walk into the store you will find Dollar Tree merchandise on one side and Family Dollar goods at the opposite side of the store.Sadly the prices of Dollar Tree merchandise has gone up considerably the past couple of years. It is to be expected, though, because prices are rising everywhere in California. So it is not as attractive to shop at Dollar Tree stores anymore because there is less value and savings to be found at this chain store.Service was good so at this store so that was appreciated. May shop at this store from time to time in the future because of the good service I received.

This store is janky. First off one of the doors doesn't work, but staff is too lazy to put up a sign. There are also registers were the conveyor belt doesn't work, so staff makes you move your stuff for them, and there are no dividers. The store itself is poorly stocked and not worth going to.

They never disappoint with the stock that they keep! Always get great deals and more than enough of the things I need, and didn't know I needed.

Dirty store. Messy store. Not enforcing the face mask rule. I'll never go again. Doesn't the manager care? I'm assuming that was him there today. Clean up your store and grow some balls.

Worst store in all of Bakersfield! Customer service is bad! Store is dirty! Always have old and broken items for sale! Out of 4 registers there's never more than 1 1/2 opened, then the one line that is open is always towards the back of the store! They always hiring but not hiring! I'm not go lie I don't even see how this store is still opened! I go to 99 cent only on sterling and niles for now on!

Great customer service and friendly employees. This is the highest quality dollar store I've been.

Very friendly staff. Any question I had the cashier was ready and helpful to aid me. Its a nicer dollar tree.

This dollar tree used to be my favorite but in the past 3 years it has gone down hill. The shelves are empty, I never see anyone stoking shelves, everything is unorganized, thing's are just thrown wherever, the floors are dirty, the line is horrible everytime I go there's one line open with 15 ppl or so n line that is ridiculous. Also I only see maybe 3 employee's on the floor sometimes 2. So if your n a hurry don't go here cuz if u think you'll be in and out think again.

i went again and they charged me and didnt put the item in the bag . seriously - the easiest job in the world they probably hire people with no highschool education
