There aren't enough words to express just how amazing DJ MOJOE truly is! We recently got married at Botanica in Oceanside, and feel so incredibly lucky to have had Joe DJ/MC our wedding!From start to finish, we were blown away! A DJ/MC is so important on your wedding day, and throughout the process you want someone who is going to make you feel comfortable and supported on your big day! Joe is that person!! He is so organized, his app makes everything so easy to prepare, he really listens and pays attention to detail, offers suggestions to help guide you, and just the execution was flawless!! Every single person at our wedding had just the most amazing things to say about Joe and he brought the vibes!! He brought the Bay Area to us, with a little bit of country for me, and then some old school classics for the family!! He was able to mix all the genres, make it all work, and give us the most LIT Bay Area ending to the night! Joe is such a professional and so easy to work with! His transitions, ability to read the entire room, and his entire set up from the sound quality to the lights made our wedding the best day ever! We have just so much gratitude and appreciation for this amazing person!!

I really wish we had more words in our vocabulary to capture just how awesome Joe is. He's incredibly organized, friendly, and hands down one of the most down-to-earth people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I love how he brings structure to planning, and as an emcee, he's second to none. Got married August 14, 2022 at Tivoli in Fallbrook and the best part about this venue was that they required for you to pick a DJ from their preferred list and that is how I came across Joe's information. From the first phone meeting I knew he would be the perfect person for our wedding. He actually was the first vendor we booked. He's so easy going and helpful throughout the wedding planning process. From messaging on IG, or text, or email he is so responsive. Our timeline did not go as planned BUT Joe was able to go with the flow that in the end everything came together and it felt like a perfect night. He got everyone dancing and hyped the whole time. It was actually sad the venue had a strict end time of 10pm. From the custom list of our ceremony songs to his MC skills. Everyone had such a great time. Truly would book Joe for all our future big events and you will regret not having him DJ your wedding (dramatic but true). Joe thank you for being the best!

When you start your planning process with him, he makes it so easy and keeps it very organized with the app he has you fill out for your big day. Any vibe you're going for he can do. Us being 90s kids, he had the perfect balance between myself who's a boy band pop type of person to my now-husband who was very much hip hop and R&B taste. He's very well versed that he has a wide range of knowledge if you're doing any cultural traditions as well for your your event.I like the fact that he covers every detail from going over the phonetic pronunciation of each person's name being announced to the lighting and atmosphere of your venue.He's such a great guy that it's sometimes the little things that he does that's an added bonus to make your day extra special. I cannot thank him enough for how he made ours the most memorable. A lot of our guests liked his playlist set overall for our reception. The biggest POSITIVE is he connects well with your guests. Even if there are small lulls, he can get through them and have everything run so smoothly.Trust me when I say he goes above and beyond for you. You feel comfortable every step of the way and he's open to communication and contact whenever you need it just to ensure you're comfortable and confident for your next event. The DJ/MC is one of your most important vendors to think about when planning an event/special day. Because the DJ/MC is what drives your timeline and event. He's your captain to get you through all that. I felt 100% at ease and confident in Joe to know that I don't have to worry about anything. We booked DJ MOJOE for our September wedding and he did such an amazing job! He is so thorough and goes over everything in detail with you so that you are comfortable with it all. He also brings the energy and reads the room. It was good vibes all around! Our guests complimented us multiple times on our DJ and we even had a couple guests follow him on social media in hopes of booking him for future events they might have. Everyone especially enjoyed our dinner playlist! We had people asking us to send the playlists to them. He is 100% worth it and he also has such a great personality! Very easy to work with and I didn't stress about anything on the wedding day because of how organized and thorough he was. I have been to multiple weddings where I personally felt the DJ wasn't engaging enough but DJ MOJOE did not disappoint. We would definitely recommend him!

Joe was fantastic to work with for our wedding! He is great at learning your tastes and adapting to any situation. We couldn't get over a song list to him in time because of all the preparations going on, and he was able to build a fantastic playlist based off a couple of songs I told him we liked.He was incredibly professional and kind, and we were honored to have him at our wedding. I got married in November 2021 and Joe was the host and DJ for our reception. The program went so smoothly and the dance floor was so packed; people didn't want to leave! Our wedding was indeed the happiest day of our lives(yet), and a big part of it is thanks to Joe!From the beginning stages of our engagement, I already knew that there was no way I could hire anyone else. Joe is a friend and I first saw him do his magic at another friend's wedding way back in 2016. Aside from my first hand experience, the stellar reviews and content he puts out on his IG has me convinced that he would be the DJ for us. After our date was set, he was the first vendor we hired.From the very convenient way to book him for meetings, to his thorough questions and requirements from us, I was so happy to be working with someone so professional. He was able to fit in all the things we wanted for the program and even worked with my family and fiancé then for a surprise number! We got so many compliments on his hosting and our guests and us had so much fun! If there are any regrets, it would be that our reception was too short! If you are in need of a DJ for your event, you've come to the right man! Joe was one of our favorite wedding vendors to work with! Communication was standout and so easy. He has an online calendar showing all of his available times and you can instantly confirm a video appointment with him using this system. Emails were responded to promptly. We knew we wanted an amazing party but we had no clear direction of how to achieve that. We had several meetings with Joe as he walked us through our wedding day and posed suggestions/ questions to really shape it into a personalized experience over a generic one. He thinks about details that we would have missed like walk up songs for speeches, transition songs, send off, etc (too numerous to recount). He helped us seamlessly clip together 2 songs for our first dance so that we did not have to struggle ourselves. His suggestions for pacing and layout were so helpful as well and felt above and beyond. My brother who was our officiant remarked how at ease and prepared Joe made him feel for the ceremony when they met for a small practice run and he was mic-ed up. Our guests all had a great time busting out moves and dancing to his beats. He was even able to accommodate an impromptu rap from our friend. The music was clear and the lights added a nice vibe. His DJ booth displayed our pictures on the front which many of our friends remarked they had not seen that kind of setup before. We used his photo booth services as well which people found to be easy and fun, especially with the boomerang feature.We really appreciate how he worked with our coordinator to troubleshoot various venue issues. For example, the fireplace at our venue was unexpectedly broken. I was so impressed how he cleverly placed uplights in the fireplace while my coordinator got various candles in there to create that fireplace ambiance despite it being broken. It is a small gesture but these small gestures add up and are a testament to his attention to detail and professionalism.1 month after our wedding, we received a lovely surprise in the form of a vlog he made at our wedding. It was nice being able to see our day behind the scenes and the intentionality from Joe. He was so generous to directly share some video footage with us as well. We could go on and on about how amazing it was working with Joe but we would be here forever. Rest assured you are in more than capable hands if you book him as your next DJ/MC!

Joe has his own app that allows you to update your song ideas which was very helpful. He took our ideas and ran with them, creating the perfect playlists. We presented him with a variety of genres, and he skillfully crafted a track that flowed seamlessly and organically.E veryone commented on how great Joe's energy was throughout the night.
